Baby Back Ribs
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.
Turkey
Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Pork Ribs
About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.

Red potatoes boiled in salt water and served with or without melted butter.

Half of our German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese added to it. A half sausage is cut into 2 pieces and weighs about a quarter pound.
Large Drink - Online
1/2 Chicken
A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy's Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.

I love Rudy’s, it is the best everyday BBQ, all the staff are friendly and the product is consistently good. This is my favorite location especially during mornings when the awnings are raised of the “outside” area.

Food is always pretty good. Prices are quite high though. So be ready to spend. This visit I purchased just three individual sides from the cooler. The niceness from the blonde Latina cashier went cold once she didn't get a 25% tip from me. When I myself got the pudding out of the cooler. Asked me three times if I wanted a receipt though I had clearly clicked no on the terminal screen. Guess it was her way of making sure I knew I didn't tip her. Tipping culture is beyond...

Pretty good except for the cashier she was more concerned about talking to her coworkers than getting my order. She got the wrong order placed but the food was enough to make up for it…. Maybe or maybe not that we will be back.
