This was my second time here and I loved it even more than the first! Everything from the decorations to the food and service were 10/10

We had a festive experience here. We spent about 2.5-3 hours which could've been shorter. We put in our order with the server at 5:10 and didn't get any food. Server came back to us to let us know he forgot to put in our order at 5:55. So we were waiting for almost an hour with no food. He put in our order at 6 and food slowly came throughout 6-7pm. We had plans to make it to the ATX trail of lights after which we did not make it to. It was not busy at all from 5-7. People started trickling in around after 8 is when it got busy. Overall the ambiance was beautiful! We experience besides the food service was great. Would I come back? Probably not.

The bar was much smaller than Instagram led us to think, the drinks were not great, it was fun for half an hour or so but it didn't live up to our expectations

Pleasantly surprised! The holiday decorations and music were very well done. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were great! Would certainly return!

Jared and our waiter was great. It was very slow, night so we had the whole place to our selfs but not bad at all

We expected a winter wonderland, valet parking with purchase other wise $25 for the first 3 hrs. The drinks aren't worth the 30 min wait outside seating was assigned but they closed the sky view and people starts smoking directly next to us. Downstairs has cuter photo ops unless you happen to be staying at the fairmont save your money and time. -10/10 holiday experience.

Great experience, food and ambiance were awesome! I recommend the esquites (corn dip) and shrimp tostadas. Would for sure dine here again! Staff is so friendly, and drinks were very good!

What a great place it's not a restaurant. It's not a bar. It's the coolest place in Austin. Don't tell anybody it's a hidden gem

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ambience, the set up absolutely amazing. Our server Jaris was great! Very friendly , helpful, and Considerate! Also, the manager Jazzy was Wonderful, and great conversation with her! You guys keep up the great job. Thank you. The food was absolutely scrumptious, ribeye chef kiss 💋 Their drinks deserve to die for the Coco Loco should have a review on its own. It was so great. Thanks for making me feel special for my birthday and celebrating my daughters success to medical school. Couldn't choose the best place to celebrate. Thank you.

Great view with great drinks, easily accessible and our server was great. Definitely will be back!

Sat outside and the view was tremendous...except for the convention center demolition - looked like a war zone. Otherwise, all was good.

The drinks we ordered had an unusual taste, which detracted from our enjoyment. Additionally, it seemed the server was unfamiliar with the menu and the restaurant's offerings, which made it challenging to answer our questions. Lastly, it appeared the server might have been having a tough day, which can happen to anyone. Your demeanor noticeably affected our experience.

Big thank you to Jairus, Victor, and Jazz for making this dinner so special. Got to enjoy the beautiful skyline with amazing food and drinks. The tuna toastada was amazing and will most definitely be coming back for it!

It was a nice place, mostly empty when we went. We expected dinner but it was only small bites. The pictures I saw on Open Table were old, they had none of the same things anymore so that was disappointing. We had to go somewhere else for food. That being said, the guacamole we had was good, the service was good.

We attended the pop-up ugly Christmas sweater party. It was so much fun. The service was great and the whole place was decorated with festive lights and different motifs and Santa's. Some of the drinks were served in really cute Santa mugs and other Christmasy themes, overall we loved it. Makes for a great girls night out.
