This place is fine and they have GREAT prices and pretty decent food, but I will never be coming back because of the awful, stupid and offensive band that plays on Monday nights: James Rider and The Swashknucklers. Gross old white man singing songs with lyrics in the vein of a high school boy's misogynistic humor.

If you’re looking for a good dive bar in south Austin, this is your place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. They have a special every night and several events like free pool on Thursday’s and 50 cent wing Monday’s. The service is incredible, Claire made us feel like family even though we just met. Great place for a beer and watch the game.

This place has messed up up their Wednesday burger special. Used to be BOGO, now you have to drink alcohol to get 50% off one. When you read the menu it says “your choice of cheese on the burger” and list the 4 types.. Plain as day. It then says burger comes with all the included toppings and list the condiments. Surprise! Cheese is a 0.75 cent charge.
Editing this review two weeks later September 29th. Now they want you to buy alcohol on Mondays for the wing special too.
