If you’re looking for a good dive bar in south Austin, this is your place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. They have a special every night and several events like free pool on Thursday’s and 50 cent wing Monday’s. The service is incredible, Claire made us feel like family even though we just met. Great place for a beer and watch the game.

This bar is like visiting an old friend you can always count on. 🙂 (My favorite day to go is Thursday: Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans or a salad, for $10. Can't beat it.)

This place has messed up up their Wednesday burger special. Used to be BOGO, now you have to drink alcohol to get 50% off one. When you read the menu it says “your choice of cheese on the burger” and list the 4 types.. Plain as day. It then says burger comes with all the included toppings and list the condiments. Surprise! Cheese is a 0.75 cent charge.
