This place has messed up up their Wednesday burger special. Used to be BOGO, now you have to drink alcohol to get 50% off one. When you read the menu it says “your choice of cheese on the burger” and list the 4 types.. Plain as day. It then says burger comes with all the included toppings and list the condiments. Surprise! Cheese is a 0.75 cent charge.

You ever wonder what it feels like to have your father respect you? Well, I do, now that I’ve visited rusty cannon pub on south first and Stassney. The bartenders are fantastic the atmosphere is electric. It reminded me of when my friend Tyler got a call from his dad to ask how he was doing. That’s what it feels to drink here 10/10 recommend.

Solid strong "OK" local bar. It checks all basic local bar check boxes. Good like almost all Local directed bars in Austin The food is all C+ with A+ pricing. They think $24 for a Burger fries and a beer plus Tip is acceptable to the Locals of Deep South Austin. IDK I think major food pricing adjustments would drive so much more repeat business if One bar had the nerve to do it.
