Bad service!! The worker John was rude!! I arrived at 3:50am. The worker said he will open at 4am. I returned at 4:05am and was close. I asked the worker what time will he open and he responded another 5 to 10 minutes. I waited until 4:30am and again I asked how much longer. He responded all rude and said I will open when I can. That's when I left.

I ordered a 7$ cappuccino and received a 16oz cup of watery milk with the barest hint of bitter coffee flavor. I promptly threw it away.

Cappuccino tastes like lukewarm water with hint of coffee flavor additive.

Bought an “americano” with a splash of almond milk. Tastes more like water and milk than coffee

I used to love stopping by Ruta Maya before my flights, especially for their banana bread. It was my little airport ritual. But lately, they’ve stopped carrying it, and that’s been a real disappointment. On a recent visit, I hoped it was back no luck. So I grabbed a muffin instead.

I didn’t check the price at the counter (my fault, I know), but I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I got to my gate, opened the bag, and was stunned the muffin was tiny and ice cold. Then I looked at the receipt $7.58. For that? At least warm it up or make it worth the price. It wasn’t gourmet, it wasn’t fresh, and it definitely wasn’t worth it.

I get that airport food is expensive, but this felt like a straight up gouge. I miss the banana bread days. Until they bring it back or rethink their pricing I’ll be walking past Ruta Maya next time.

The only place (aside from Starbucks) in the airport with a decaf latte.

Love this brand from Austin, Texas. Great for making cold brew! #supportlocal

$4.99 for double shot espresso! If you want a sip of milk, it is extra dollar. If you ask for a taller cup, it is another dollar extra. Do yourself a favor and just walk down and go to any other coffee shop.

They advertise their expertly and delicate sourced “organic” coffee, when in reality the vision really falls through the cracks. It isn’t difficult to brew a coffee through a real espresso machine (they burnt it bad with an automatized machine). If they step up there game this place would be a hit…

Coffee and muffin $12.99. Coffee is the worst airport coffee I’ve ever had. Oatmeal muffin, that I was told was from this morning, is stale, hard, and probably several days old. Would be taking them both back if my flight was not boarding.
