I had the special steak and shrimp 3-course meal.. The steak was okay. I also had The caesar salad which I felt was saturated with ranch. The carrot cake was okay. I still prefer Fleming's steakhouse carrot cake. Spending over $160 on 2 meals, I was expecting more. I come to realize I was mainly paying for the location. I won't be going back.

Went for wedding anniversary. Staff rolled out red carpet and made the occasion extra special. Good was perfect, too.

Had the 3 course $60 menu item... it was delicious... steak topped shrimp was cooked to perfection and the salad and side was substantial and dessert divine♥️My Grey Goose Dirty Martini was one of the smoothest and best I've had. Henry our waiter as well as Katy the manager were personable and attentive! Will definitely return soon!

WOW! It's the best steak house experience ever. It was my birthday and the staff provided a personalized service overall. From the martinis, the appetizer and the porterhouse steak. Loved the cheesecake as well. To top it off, the staff provided a personalized signed birthday card. The best experience ever. Thanks Ruth's Chris
Had NYE dinner at Ruth’s, so the staff were pretty busy and we ended up getting seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time. The staff were working as hard they could and gave everyone waiting prosecco. Got the pomegranate martini, blueberry mojito, filet, potato au gratin, and cheesecake. Everything was amazing, and the pomegranate martini was one of the best drinks I’ve had in Austin.

This five star rating is specifically for Brandi (or Brandy) English. She went above and beyond what she needed to do to take care of me and my family on New Year’s Eve. She turned a somewhat negative experience into a moment I won’t ever forget. Ruth’s Chris hired a GREAT manager when they hired Brandi. Thank you once again for what you did for us. I won’t forget it and I will be back.

Was overbooked, had to wait for 45 min with reservation, finally had to grab seats at the bar. Food was good, drinks were ok, seemed to also not have enough staff to keep up
