The ribs... I'll say it again, the ribs... Are amazing. The glaze, the cook, the subtle heat, these are firmly in my top 3 racks in Austin. The owner is super nice, former TB pitmaster now running this trailer. The fiends elote is a great flavor fusion and pairs well with all the protein on the menu. The sausage, is also in my top 3 in Austin. Great sized, juicy, flavor packed and my perfect texture and consistency. The brisket was good too, great cook on it, great flavor, and stood alone as a main. There's no doing I'll be back. The service was friendly, food top notch, and the flavor profile something different that requires you to try it.

Everything we had to eat here last night was unreal, but I’m obsessed with the dan dan frito pie! Can’t recommend highly enough :)

My daughter invited me to dinner this was for the dream burger collab that they had. The burger was great but oh man that brisket sandwich was amazing ! We also ordered ribs which was my favorite item overall. Best brisket and ribs I’ve had. Looking forward to going back and trying more of this delicious food. The Pitmaster was kind enough to talk to us about the food and was super nice as well.

Best brisket sandwich. Visited today and everything was stellar. Large porch with plenty of space and shade. Street corn and brisket sandwiches were must gets. Will be back to try more and update!

This has got to be hands down the best BBQ in Austin, and certainly deserves praise among the well known staples. The pitmaster came from Terry Black’s and the chefs of Zoe Tong have collaborated to create something truly special and worthy of praise. Brisket, ribs, smoked Panang chicken, and the Dan Dan Frito Pie!!!

I ate here instead of waiting in line at Terry Blacks and it was an incredible decision. If you like ribs, these are gonna hit. Great sides too.

This truck does guest chefs some Wednesdays. George Motz did hamburgers and they were to die for. Keep an eye on their instagram to see who is coming in next. Parking here is super easy as they have free valet.

We were going to go to Terry Black’s down the street, but the line was too long. I’m SO glad we ended up at Sí Baby-Q instead. Chef/owner Jonathan used to work at Terry Blacks, now he’s brought his talents to his own labor of love joint and his flavors are just spot on.
We got the ribs, brisket, street corn, potato salad, and roti. Oh, and the sake slushy (flavor today was strawberry prickly pear). Everything was delicious. The flavor pairings were spot on. The slushy is the best I’ve had, so balanced. Jonathan was so kind, came over and spoke with us. This is some of the best fusion food I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

Best BBQ trailer I've ever had. A hidden gem that rivals BBQ places you spend an hour in line for.
Try the pulled lamb for something unique and amazing. Ordered half their menu and never got anything I wouldn't take home to finish.
This place is the real deal. Try it, you won't be disappointed

The food is nicely and uniquely seasoned. Really enjoyed the shredded lamb and the ribs. Cute shaded outdoor seating. Server/owner was friendly too!
I also liked the street corn. Was super full. Yum!

Overall excellent experience and the ribs are truly incredible. They’re covered in the perfect amount of agave for sweetness and the Indonesian peppercorn spice is perfect
Do not sleep on the ribs!!
We sat outside in a slow Sunday and ordered from both Zoe Tong and Si Baby-Q and everything was perfect - a really incredible meal

The brisket was so dry, not up to Austin standards. It was really bad. The rib was tasty, but nothing special. There are no accompaniments with the meat. They definitely need to retool and try something different with their bbq. This place is always empty, it’s weird eating in a giant empty patio.
