Everything here is delicious. The ribs are our favorite. The queso y noodles, smash burger and the burnt ends are amazing. Great customer service. We have been a few times and will definitely be returning.
Perhaps the best brisket I’ve ever eaten! The seasoning on the bark was amazing! I also ordered the street corn, which was excellent! P.s. Google maps said their food trailer was on the left. It’s the first trailer on the right.
Pretty good bbq, Brisket was juicy, boudin sausage & regular sausage was good, the pork ribs okay. I thought they would be more juicy than dry, but I will try something else if I go back. Sides were good.
