My husband and I really like the flavor they have since we are from Guadalajara, the prices seem appropriate since everything goes up, and the service is always friendly, we recommend them, the quesabirrias are our favorites.

Really hate leaving a low rating for this place. They USE to be my go to place. Unfortunately they are just way too expensive to keep going. Also, last time I went, they were extremely rude. When I use to visit with my friend who spoke Spanish, they were much more friendly. But I guess they don’t like English speaking people. The food is still okay. The quality has gone down a little it but still pretty good food. But the rudeness and cost is going to make me find somewhere else.
Note to the owner: you should be kind to everyone, regardless of their race!
Food was good but a lit pricey

We ordered 5 different tacos and birria, and we love them all. Everything was delicious. Good quality ingredients and serving was generous. The owners are very friendly too. Just ask for their recommendations. BTW, the food truck moved to adjacent lot around 10 meters from the old spot. Take note especially when travelling via Uber.

Definitely hit the spot for a good Quesabirria, only thing I would add is the consome was missing a bit of salt. Other than that would definitely return, super yummy!

Food was good tasteful. Service was quick and friendly. Cashier didn't give me correct change until I asked for it and had to calculate it my self to see if he had given me correct change. I was missing some $.$$. Kid was young so i disreguarded it as if it was nothing. I would come back.

We’ve tried a lot Birria taco places in Austin and I got to say this place is definitely worth the price. The onions and green sauce really does it for me! So yummy I’ll definitely be returning. The lady working was kind and hospitable. 10/10

I ordered bistec torta and it’s supposed to include lettuce, tomato and avocado. My torta had no avocado, little to no lettuce or tomato but it came with a piece of plastic. I won’t be returning.

The truth is that I came to eat a drowned cake and no Tapatío flavor, I know they can't be with in Guadalajara (guanatos), but even so to get rid of the craving it's good, the spicy sauce was missing, the meat was overheated and golden, ( They are carnitas, the carnitas are not golden) apart from the fact that the drowned ones are made from leg, carnitas or tongue, not just carnitas, be careful with that

Come here trusting in the good rating, don't be fooled by the horrible and exaggeratedly expensive food.

Food truck. Limited seating and parking next to the truck but the food is top notch very good authentic street tacos. I highly recommend and will be back again. This is the type of tacos that i could eat everyday. Not over greasy. Not dry. Has lots of flavor. The red and green salsa is spicy and flavorful. I love that they give you grilled onions and Serrano with each taco order. Worth the $3.50-$4.50 per taco. I got the Campechano (mixture of chorizo, steak) and quesabirria tacos.
Thanks Sabor Tapatio. Like my friend Arnold Schwarzenegger would say “I’ll be back….”

I don’t know if some of the reviewers are really from Guadalajara or Jalisco but the torta ahogada definitively doesn’t feel authentic. The meat and onions were OK, the birote was not bad but a bit too spongy, but the sauce is the most important part of a torta ahogada and it was terrible. It was too thick and it has a sweetish aftertaste that is very unusual and weird.
I also tried the quesabirrias after reading all the great reviews and they were better but still disappointing. The consome tasted like a broth of something but it lacked true birria flavor.
Besides the food, there are a lot of flies in the benches. I really hope they don’t have as many flies inside the trucks when they are making the food, but it was very uncomfortable to eat with all the flies.
On the good side, service was good and fast, but unfortunately not enough to compensate for the food.
