Great bagels, got the 'this is not a taco ' best flavors. Would definitely get again!

Great food.
Gluten free bagel
Great service.
Great location.
Homeless zombies everywhere in this city make you not want to enjoy the bagel in the park. I counted 6 in this one park. A few passed through.
Coffee was good!

I would really like this place if it wasn’t for this extremely rude guy. He messes up my order every time but he is incredibly rude about it. I’m a vegan and he always makes my bagel with regular cream cheese and if you ask him to remake it he is super snarky about it. Very disappointing :(

Bagels are super soft, very dense, and very filling. Definitely a more indulgent option than your typical bagel, but it’s great to have that option available when I’m in the mood for a massive bagel. I had a jalapeno cheddar bagel (lots of melted cheesed baked onto the bagel!! Yum!!) with scallion cream cheese. I think one of their breakfast sandwiches would put me to sleep forever (in a good way). Also I enjoy the outdoor seating.
Need to know: this is a food truck so be prepared for weather. Also, it’s located in downtown so no guaranteed parking but it’s nice if you’re in the area.

Everything aside from the bagel is good. The bagel is a sad excuse for what you get in New York the crappy delis that have second day bagels are better than these half baked weirdly chewy pieces of bread. If you’re looking for a true New York bagel this is not it not even close, not sure what everybody’s raving about but they are clearly not from the East Coast. The search continues but hopefully somebody from the east is looking at these reviews and will finally open up a decent place.

Great combos and friendly staff, but the bagels are just ok. They were too dry and dense. Not bad, and helped by the generous additions, but was hoping for a better bagel as a base.
Republic Square is generally a pain for parking, but is particularly bad right now with construction closing the south side streets.
Unhoused resources using the park for services also makes you want to grab go, rather than hang out.

They respect the schmear here. Both the lox and the egg bagels were delicious.

Rosen’s has great bagels. I had the lox and bagel and was thoroughly pleased. The salmon tasted really fresh. The bagel had a great bite, and the flavored smears are top notch. I returned within a week to indulge again and had the B.A.T which was also great! Needed a bit more spicy zing or tang to it for my liking but still a tasty bagel.

Decent bagels, but poor service marked by a”millennial” attitude of lack of concern. 50% of the time they get my order wrong. Several times I have been charged for things they didn’t put in the bag, only to realize something is missing when I get home.
