Horrible customer service from their tire store. Purchased 4 tires for my truck almost $1100 ticket, when tires arrived upon ordering and waiting, went to the store there where I found out that I need to make an appointment which I couldn’t do since I was already at the store. Tech Stacy didn’t do any effort to get my tires installed, instead he didn’t seem to care even-though their shop was completely empty, no cars at all, except 2 young technicians playing with one loose tire. Tech Stacy refuse to help me, refuse to install my tires which I had the feeling that he was lazy to work and that showed me that he didn’t care. So I asked him to refund my money and without hesitation he did it with a smile.
That evening I took my truck to Costco and end up buying my tires from them.
I won’t shop at this store anymore.

Last time we came, they had filled our cups of frozen yogurt generously,but this time around we got around less than half full, if that.

Extremely poor service. I called ahead to order a pizza (as I’ve done for years at other locations), and they told me with an attitude that you cannot call in an order. We drove 20 minutes to go place the order in person, and when we finally did, they told us they were out of pepperoni. Meanwhile, the worker behind her was cutting a fresh pepperoni pizza. Even so, aren’t we standing in a grocery store which has pepperoni? Ended up leaving empty handed. Usually not the type to leave reviews, let alone for a dinky little cafe, but this was disappointing.

actually have a soda machine that works. they take your money. you go to the machine. everything sprays everywhere. there's no straws nothing works. and when you inquire about getting your money back they tell you can get in line for a good half hour to do that every time I've been here this crap is broken and they don't care. literally ask an employee what we could do and he says I don't know and walked away
