I wanted something filling yet light - ordered a veggie street pad Thai dish and couldn’t be happier! It’s always nice to eat something delicious, temporary filling, and leave you energized and ready to kick down the down for the rest of the day.

I loved the vibe and decorations of the restaurant. It offers a nice feeling and a very professional and comfortable place to enjoy a meal and conversation with your friends. They have a lot of good options, and they can make the food as spicy as you want so you can experience the full flavor of the cuisine.

Vegetarian options: They have bok choy

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating

Parking: Lots of parking and it shares space with HEB

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter double doors

Dietary restrictions: They are listed on the menu

Fast and reliable!Came for a casual dinner and ordered the street pad thai and a thai tea. Both were tasty and came out quickly. Portions were also nice, I ended up boxing up half of the pad thai to bring homeThe interior is nicely decorated with upside down parasols from the ceiling and the waitstaff is very attentive.

Pretty good Thai food tucked away in a busy shopping center. Their pad thai is good and they've got a pretty extensive menu. They do have gluten free and vegetarian menus for those with dietary restrictions!I think the food is average but what really stands out is their chili sauce. It's been a while since I've been in the restaurant but I remember buying their dried crispy chili sauce and it was fantastic. Not too spicy, which can be a concern with Thai condiments!!

I will always love this place. It was a regular place with me and my sister wanting just some good Thai food. Their soups are amazing and so flavorful. It the best when your under the weather and just want soup. They have colorful umbrellas on the ceiling which is so cute. I've never had a negative experience here.

It’s the type of place where you smile as soon as you walk in. The decor is colorful and whimsical ?And the food is ? ? so good. We shared Brussel sprouts, crab fried rice, Penang curry, and Thai tea ice cream. 4/4 Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. I’ll be back again soon!

This place is addicting. The Pad Ga-Tiam Prik Thai (P2) with chicken has a deep, peppery, savory profile that makes it hard to order anything else.My one criticism is that I've run into bones in my meal a few times, and they're hard to see.Add heat at your own risk--their spice levels run hotter than Madam Mam's. If you don't know the history between the two franchises, it's fun to ask the staff about it.

I had Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice for dinner. The food looked good but tasted just ok. I think there are a couple of other Thai restaurants in Austin serve better food than this one, just in my personal opinion. But overall me and my friend had a good time dining here. And there is one plus point is that they have lots of beautiful colorful umbrellas on the ceiling as decoration for the restaurant, which I enjoyed watching them while eating.

I love this place so much! My favorite thing is their pineapple fried rice with the chicken. I also love their homemade coconut ice cream. This place is to die for!

Worst Pad Thai ever. I'm pretty sure they used fettuccine instead of rice noodles...very heavy. And unlike traditional Italian fettuccine that is prepared properly, this came out as one lump stuck together. The sauce had no distinction of sweet, sour and salty: it tasted like ketchup mixed with garlic salt. It was 2 hours before closing time when I visited this restaurant, so I suspect this dish was prepared earlier and kept in a warming dish. And good luck finding any seafood in that pile of sticky mess.I was tired and not in the mood to start a complaint process with the server, who never once checked on my meal until someone else had taken away the plate with the majority of the "noodle mold" on it. So I pulled my cash out to pay my check, and the server "magically" appeared to ask, "how was everything?" I answered very plainly, "well that was the worst Pad Thai I have ever eaten."The server tried to pull off a phony look of astonishment, and incredulously asked me, "why didn't you say something?" No, "I'm sorry," no, "how can we make this right?" Instead, his attitude was such that it came across as him blaming me for their horrible food. I remembered that I was with my wife and exercised self control and didn't say another word, left the cash on the table and walked out with my wife. I did manage to flip the server off as I walked out the door.Good thing their beer was cold, because I needed something to wash out the taste of this meal. It sure ruined a good beer though.

Hello There

I don't know if they just forgot to add any sort of seasoning/oil/sauce or whatever, but I just ordered their Pad Kee Mao and it was the most flavorless meal I've ever eaten. I'm talking Lunchables could do a better version of Pad Kee Mao than this. I thought I had COVID and lost my taste or something. It's like the tofu and noodles were all cooked in water and water only. You might be saying, "Well it cant be that bad, I mean... it at least had salt, right?" Well, you would look silly. Clown-like, even. There's no salt whatsoever. I kid you not, I am eating air-dried noodles . There's a hint of basil in it but I cannot imagine it was done on purpose. No, this dish was heinous and I have no idea how this place has this many good reviews. I am left to assume this was just a mistake and the chef had just quit on the spot in the middle of cooking my dish. Just didn't like cooking anymore. Couldn't be bothered to flavor my meal as they hung their apron up for the last time. There is a silver lining to all of this though. I've decided to open my own Thai restaurant after this horrid experience. If this is what gets the green light when leaving the kitchen I imagine I'll do pretty well with my microwave, air fryer and easy bake oven.

Sometimes I feel like I discover the best restaurants when I'm rushing between appointments and starving, as I was the other day when I discovered Sap's Fine Thai Cuisine on North Burnet Rd. Tucked away in the corner of a shopping mall, you might miss it, but trust me, seek it out because the food is worth it. The interior is a little dark, the booths a little uncomfortable. That said, the staff is absolutely wonderful, extremely kind, attentive, and the food arrives very quickly. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, fried tofu, and the basalmic roasted brussel sprouts. What first caught my eye was how pretty the food was, and how they had really paid attention to detail with the plating, something that all too often restaurants overlook. But when I tell you that this is some of the best Thai food I have had in a very long time, I am not exaggerating. The spring rolls were perfectly prepared and came with a decadent peanut sauce that I could not get enough of. The tofu was fried to perfection. And the brussel sprouts, while on the sweet side, were so good I devoured the whole bowl. I can't wait to go back and will probably make an excuse to go see the client I was on my way to see that day more often just to eat at Sap's.

One of the finest Thai cuisine, not like Americanized, this is our 3rd time going to this place. Amazing place with variety of authentic dishes, don’t forget to order their speciality dishes, it’s really best. Vegetarian options are less, ordered pineapple fried rice, but i had tasty one from different places, non veg ppl you have different options to try. Staffs are really friendly . Portion wise is ok, fried rice is good for 2 ppl, i saw many ppl ordered 2 portion of plain rice. Overall experience was absolutely good.. ????

This place is a BOMB!! Hands up, One of the best Thai cuisine in Austin. We’ve been here every week for the past month and the food never disappointed us!I always never finish my rice whenever i eat, but looks like this is the only place i always finish my plate! If you are new to Thai food, try S-P8 with beef sliced. If you love curry, then S-P55 is a must!Love it and we will always come back!
