The food is pretty good, though the portions are a bit smaller than I would prefer, based on the portion size. The music was quite loud when I went, so I had trouble holding a conversation without feeling like I needed to shout.

Best takoyaki and better than Kura sushi. Freshly made and hot. Their soups are better than Kura so if you are nearby and don’t feel like driving to a place like blue sushi & ramen this is a good option. They make great ramen and the current servers here are sweet and made my experience better, as of January 2nd 2025

Sazan is by far my favorite ramen spot in the ATX! They have the smoothest broth, amazing add ons, and friendly service. No joke - my boyfriend and I frequent this place pretty consistently and it never fails. If you’re a ramen lover definitely TRY THIS ONE!

LOVE. I refer to myself as a ramen connoisseur as I’ve been eating ramen since I was born and been easily to over 50 ramen restaurants. Sazan is very consistent with their ramen, it always tastes the same. Their broth is top tier and their toppings are different than normal ramen restaurants, but I really like that because it meshes well and is not basic.

Really great service from Alex and lunch special during the week. Everything we had was yummy, hot, and fresh. Servers are really attentive and the value is very very appropriate. Definitely want to come back to try the rest of the menu!!

Quick service from Reagan and delicious food. Best ramen I’ve had in Austin so far (better than ramen tatsuya)! As a Japanese American, the broth was very well done.

Delicious ramen!
Impressive. Although it’s not the traditional Ramen, the soup base was rich and does not skimp on quality ingredients.
Atmosphere is trendy and inviting. Service crew is very professional and friendly. Overall, a very positive dining experience.

Sazan is one of my favorite ramen places in Austin! The apps are good, the drinks are good, and the ramen is delish. Also, the service was great, very friendly. Definitely recommend!
Parking: Theres a shared parking lot but there’s so much in this little area and it’s always busy. You may have to circle around a couple of times so pack your patience, it’s worth it. There’s also extra parking behind the buildings it’s just not super convenient.
