This Schlotzky's seemed short-staffed during the lunch hour, but the staff of four I saw here were working hard all while being very professional, attentive, and friendly. The two sandwiches we got were very good and service was quick and courteous. I hope Schlotzky's gives them plenty of breaks and takes care of such good employees.

Yo the staff here are great! Super friendly people. They really made my sandwich with care and it’s been about 3-4 years since I had schlotzsky’s boy! I’ve been missing out I freaking loooooved my turkey bacon club !

Again, my girlfriend treated me to a sandwich from this place and it was the first time that I've had one in probably 10 years from this place. I can't afford this or anything really but my girlfriend treated me and I'm glad we went. It was pretty yummy, very filling, and I would recommend this chain to anyone in Austin or Texas if you have an opportunity to go

I was craving schlotzskys, so I went through the drive thru. I got a turkey sammy, some chips, and a sweet tea. I asked for extra mayo on the sandwich several times because the guy kept cutting me off. It came out with no mayo at all. The sandwich was also cold. AND the sweet tea had a moldy taste. Maybe they haven't been cleaning the tea carafe very well. I'm not usually one to complain, but it was so disappointing. :(

I don't even have words. I can't seem to get the General manager on the phone much less anyone pick up the phone. I was missing my cinnabons and mac. I simply tried numerous times to call NO ONE answers the phone . Robert Barnes (GM) doesn't email back much less respond to anything, but assures you that anytime anyone calls someone picks up. THEN PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!
This isn't the first time i have had issues with this location. I WILL NOT be back period there are other entities who know what customer service is and act accordingly for their paying customers.

Lost a bag of chips and drink because I had to use the restroom. Couldn’t wash my hands because there was no soap or hand sanitizer. I wonder how the staff washed their hands? Or if they did at all. Pretty grossed out. Bathroom smelt clean but the sight is the opposite. Will never be back to this chain. Anywhere.

Went through the drive through and got the pepperoni pizza and a flatbread with their buy one get one free. MAN this pizza and flatbread is SO good. Delicious. Everyone I spoke to was SO nice and amazing. Love the vibe. Amazing store. Thanks!
