The staff were really friendly, and the flatbread I had was pretty good, my low star is based off the cinnamon roll, I haven't had one in years and was so excited, and the lady gave me a great amount of extra icing, but the bread itself was hard and didn't make it good.

What happened to Schlotsky's bread? I stopped at this location for the first time in about a year and got a turkey bacon club to go. I remember Schlotsky's bread being spongy and full of flavor, but the bread I got tonight was dense like clumpy sawdust, and was the color of an albino elephant: Not quite white with undertones of gray. Absolutely awful. Did they change their bread, or did I just get a bad batch?

This fast food stand is not just like any. Clean , well organized, Courteous staff , you get what you wish to have in this place. To go or to have it there , what more a person should have here ? Well , why don't you go and ask them yourself from the drive through or go in and see if you like what you see. I was very pleased with all , how about you ! Whoever was working the drive through window was rude and not professional. I had on online order and it gives me the option for curbside. She said I’m busy inside you can come inside and get it.

The cashier was on the phone, although it seemed work related, she walked back and helped the drive through before me even though I had been waiting there for awhile. The food prep-er saw this, and I'm assuming felt bad then made my sandwich really quickly. So thankyou to her.
Yeah yeah the food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the terrific staff.I accidentally left my expensive AirPod Pros earbuds on the table and didn’t realize it until the next morning. I rushed over to the store 15mins before they opened. The manager could have ignored me or shooed me away until they officially opened, but she took the time to come unlock the front door and let me in while she retrieved my earbuds from the back office.Any of the other staff members could have easily played “finders keepers” and absconded with my AirPods for themselves, but they didn’t and I greatly appreciate that.

2023-Apr Drive through service was prompt and the resulting order was spot on.The sandwiches were typical Schlotzsky’s aka delicious.I believe I waited less time for the order to be available than at most Schlotzsky’s drive through services. The drive through is a loop on one side of the building (it does NOT go around behind like a typical one) and it also worked well.The grounds look well kept. The center is easy to get in and out of.Pleasant experience overall.

Went through for some calzones, service was great GM was friendly and food was delicious. Will be back for sure, hopefully they get some signage because it's hidden away in the corner. I didn't know it was there until my girlfriend said something. Calzones are what is up y'all!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza in the drive thru, I only received the sandwiches and then when I came inside bc they forgot the rest. There was one lady who had a very thick accent behind the counter who was being extremely rude and picking an argument with me and even took the food out of my hand and put it behind the counter so I couldn’t get it. Even though I payed for it?!? The food was gross and the employees were so rude I won’t be coming again
