I had made an online order but due to a large catering order that was made around the same time, I had an extremely long wait. The assistant manager was quick to refund the meal and make it right without me having to ask. I really appreciate the care he took to turn a bad situation into a positive one and the food was great. I've been a long time fan of their gluten free bread!

Joseph who works the cashier (Wednesday 10.23 @ 6:30ish) is the best! My buddy went on Tuesday, and told me about Joseph, so i went to pick up the BoGo pizzas on Wednesday! Joseph is incredible at customer service, a fun friendly joking professional who absolutely enhanced my experience. I joke with my wife how "everyone is bad at their job", its so refreshing to see someone like Joseph who is exactly the type of person you want to work with/helped by. Give that man a raise and some equity!

Super disappointed in a recent visit. I received an incorrect order and I went back to the store to exchange for the correct item. When I got there a lead/manager came out to ask what happened. I explained the order and the situation, he goes and repeats everything to his team live on the team communications. His kitchen team loudly denied the mistake and insisted that I incorrectly gave my order. The lead then says I have 3 against me saying one thing …but we’ll give you the order you want”. Another manager did come out and extend his apologies for the wrong order and offer a freebie in which I politely declined.
I’m honestly not upset that the order was messed up and I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct order. I’m disappointed that I had to deal with the unprofessionalism and immaturity of the staff. I was a regular here, but I think its time for a break.

Longest wait for a sandwich in my life. After waiting for 35 minutes for one 4” sandwich I had to leave so I could get back to work on time. There were lots of other people who were waiting as long as I was, but I guess they had the time to wait. Will never go to another Schlotzky’s again.
