Haven't been in a while so I was surprised by a gentleman directing me to napkins and drinks after I ordered. He then brought our meals and told us not to worry about cleaning up after ourselves. Brought us a couple of forks to eat the Cinnabons with. Bussed our table when we finished. I felt really badly that the one cash I had on me was a couple of coins. I wanted to tip him for excellent t service. Thank you, sir!

We can't get a decent Schlotzky's in Granbury so during our whirlwind trip to Austin, we HAD to go. It was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you! I needed a fix and that did it.

I really enjoy coming here. As well as them having some great deals on their food, this particular location always has super friendly, chatty counter staff. They seem to genuinely care about you as a customer, which is lacking in so many other places. Well done!

I was in the drive thru and asked for a number 1 original with no cheese. When I finally got my order I was running out of time for my lunch break and had to drive back to work when I opened up my sandwich (which btw was only 10 mins away from my work) it was completely soggy and had DOUBLE CHEESE. Both mozzarella and cheddar slapped on there in a huge quantity after I had explicitly said I did NOT want any cheese 3 times to the cashier. I am extremely disappointed and this was just another thing that just ruined my day since I had to throw it away and it wasted my time and money. 0/5 stars

Ok, so my order at the drive thru was wrong, but I called the restaurant and my order was corrected without hesitation. The manager made it right, added a little something extra for my trip back to the restaurant and was beyond friendly. Pizzas, sandwiches, soup, and salad were all yummy. Thank you Joseph aka Carlos, lol. You made a bad situation better to awesome!
Anderson road location is awesome. We brought a UIL academic team with us that was competing at state. Manager took great care of us and hooked the kids up with fresh cookies for good luck! Awesome job, Joseph! Thanks for great sammiches and a great time!

First time at a location. The salad was very underwhelming, chicken was cold and barely cooked. Lettuce was gross and wilted. And the Cesar dressing was vinegary and tasted off. There was maybe 3 slices of chicken. Also the bread that came with it was sad and squishy.

We're visiting from NC. Joseph was amazing! It's obvious that he loves his job and values and cares about his customers. He took very good care of us and made it such a great experience that we came back a second time before our short visit to Austin was over! We will definitely be back next time we come to Austin!!
