I kindly requested that the ceiling fan be turned down, but I was refused. Gentleman stated that others in the store liked the fan on. I disagree with his decision and reasoning. It was not hot enough for the ceiling fan to be on.

This is the albuquerque turkey sandwich I was served. Disappointing.
They advertise this big beautiful sandwich, but serve this instead.

This is two reviews in one two different locations ... Staff was friendly ordered a giant sandwich which looked to be a large I substituted two of the meats to be replaced by one and it was done but only about two slices and all the meat was directly in the middle so around towards the edges was dry bread..... half of my sandwich was toasted the other was not. Not alot of veggies but plenty onions...... I've loved Schlotzsky's since I was a kid and it's definitely not the same....... These photos that I just added were from the second time I ordered after the first review..... this time staff wasn't as friendly again I ordered a giant sandwich I called twice to make sure it was right but they kept saying they didn't have it and it was at another location then I get this sandwich very disappointed.....I won't be ordering from that location anymore..... I don't eat pork so again I wanted to substitute the pork with roast beef and I basically got a messy veggie sandwich with no meat ..... 😔

Food tastes great. Portion size now sucks. Deluxe original is about what an original uses to be. DO BETTER!!!

I’m honestly disappointed with this location.
At 5:30 PM during dinner service, staff began mopping the dining room floors with what smelled like bleach or a very strong chemical cleaner while customers were actively eating. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire restaurant unpleasant — it literally ruined the meal.
Restaurants should not be using strong chemical cleaners in the dining area during peak hours. If customers can smell it, something is wrong. It’s both a basic hospitality failure and potentially a health concern, especially for people with sensitivities.
The space itself looks nice, but the lack of operational awareness was shocking. This should be common sense for any food service establishment.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I was greeted by an older gentleman. He ensured I was taken care off, he was helping with the to go orders and making sure everyone had their orders correct. He was picking up an order for a couple that was sitting down and I overheard him ask the prep cook if they had two orders and she replied no. So he stated, they must be sharing the order, so please get me another plate for them in case they need it. Little details like this matter in an establishment. He even told me while I was waiting to make sure when I receive my order to make sure I have my spears or be specific on how many I need. He’s very detail oriented and he is truly looking out for all the guest. This was my first time here and he will be the reason why I come back. Awesome customer service!! The best. Thanks to him. I wish I got his name but he appeared to be African-American. Thanks again!!

I ordered a pick up order of 2 sandwiches. The order was supposed to be ready for pick up by 11:38. There was an issue with the system so the order didn’t show up on their end, okay fine. But when I went to ask for help, the manager rudely brushed me off and told me to go away. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes before another worker helped me re-enter my order, to which it took another 13 minutes to make. Overall, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a pick up order that should’ve taken less than 5 minutes. I was not offered any accommodations for the wait, only to be rudely ignored and told to go away and wait. Will not be visiting this location again due to lack of professionalism and how they handled the issue. I will not return to this establishment until this manager is fired. Clearly other people have had an issue with this man.

Schlotzsky's lost/didn't make our online order and waved us away when we were attempting to show the confirmation details. After another 5 minutes to get a hold of a different service member (25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time), they allowed us to resubmit our order, and said we were the last on the queue. Dismissive service, and 40 minutes wasted to Schlotzsky's.

The overall establishment is neat and clean. Service is ok. Sandwiches are excellent. But could someone please ask the older gentleman that works here to take it down a notch? I understand the exuberance of working for Schlotzsky’s. But the guy is talking while he’s bringing my food over. Please don’t do that! Folks don’t like spit particles coming out of your mouth landing on their food. He talks very loudly. Some of us are just trying to enjoy a quiet lunch.

September 30, 2025: Ordered through DoorDash and never received my order! I ordered at 10:53am and was still waiting on my food at 11:50am! For two entree salads. I've never ordered from this location before, but now I understand the bad reviews. Terrible service. My delivery driver asked for an eta and he was disrespected my the staff. He had already been there waiting for thirty minutes at that point. So I cancelled my order. The customer service could be improved as well as their timing when it comes to online orders.
So I have not been to a Schlotzsky’s in a long time, probably three or four years. I ordered a pizza a Coke and a cookie. The Coke was a small. The pizza was $10 and my total bill was 17 something. On the pizza, it looked like it had barely any sauce on it and even that much less cheese. Over it was supposed to be a pepperoni, and there were maybe seven pepperonis on the whole pizza. It was basically all dough and bread. I can’t speak for the sandwiches as all I ordered was the pizza, but I will definitely not be back for the pizza. 17 something dollars, for nothing but bread with barely any sauce, cheese or pepperoni. The young lady at the drive-through was absolutely wonderfully fantastic. And I appreciate her attitude and smiles a bunch.
