I came in a couple of weeks ago and and I wasn’t sure about the visit at first because it was something new that i’d never had before. I went in and I wanted a basic ham and cheese sandwich and I noticed that the menu is different than your everyday Subway or Jersey Mikes. The lady at the front Rachel i believe helped me understand the menu and find the best option for me which i’m grateful for. Overall I enjoyed my first experience.

Belvyn B was very rude and inappropriate. She was more focused on rushing my order cutting me off and getting back to her cell phone. She had little comments whispered after taken my order. I was just here a few days ago and did not experience this type of service. Her service needs further training.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a $18.00 sandwich, NO ONIONS... only to get home and it was loaded with onions. Needless to say very disappointed, check you order because these people don't listen or care.

Just went through the drive thru, both sandwiches were wrong. One was just not supposed to have tomatoes, it did. The other no mayo add cheese, had mayo. I went in to get it corrected and then didn’t get my cheese this time. Get home and realize the Cinnabon wasn’t in the bag either.

Drive thru attendant wasn’t very friendly and manager didn’t really make me feel like he cared about Their mistake with a half genuine “sorry about that” after I waited in line to get the sandwich fixed and saw the Togo person look at me holding my sandwich and receipt and then continue to joke and laugh with the other staff

Not a great visit.

The last 2 out of 3 visits the order has been wrong. I go through the drive through and they can't seem to get it right. Wrong chips, wrong sandwich and the tea is so week, it should be classified as water
