Typically never had an issue with this location, but today there was paper/plastic inside of the sandwhich. It looks like they didn’t take it off of the cheese slices it melted in with the sandwich. I’m glad I noticed prior to eating it.

This evening, around 6:30 PM, my fiancé and I visited the Schlotzsky's South Congress location and ordered two medium sandwiches and a new Clubsky sandwich. After a long wait, we received our order and then stopped by a convenience store for chips and drinks before heading home.

When I finally unwrapped my Clubsky sandwich, I was surprised by how much smaller it was compared to the image displayed at the register. I felt the item was not worth the price my fiancé had paid, so I decided to return it. Without taking a bite, I rewrapped the sandwich and drove back to the restaurant.

At approximately 7:45 PM, I arrived at the drive-thru and explained my concern to the cashier. Rather than assisting me, she immediately became defensive and raised her voice, questioning why it took me so long to return. She flatly refused a refund and told me I would need to speak with the general manager in the morning. When I asked if a manager was available, she claimed she was the manager but still refused to issue a refund.

I took down her name—Patsy—and informed her I would return in the morning to speak with the GM about both my refund and her unprofessional conduct. Frankly, I find it unacceptable for an employee, let alone a manager, to treat a customer so disrespectfully over a simple request.

I am very disappointed with this experience and hope Schlotzsky’s addresses both the misleading advertising and the poor customer service I encountered.

The lady through the drive thru was very rude. I get that we all have bad days and sometimes aren’t the happiest but she was just rude. They forgot my cookie (which is not a big deal) so i went inside and she goes “ MAAM I PUT IT IN THE BAG”. I let her know yes there was one in the bag for my sons kids meal , but the other was missing. The guy at the counter put it in my bag nicely and she rolled her eyes. As i walked away i could hear her talking abt it when she went back to the kitchen. Very unprofessional and just an unpleasant experience.

We love Schlotzky’s, but will be avoiding this location in the future. I had a terrible experience with the employee Juju at this location.

Went through the drive through on 12-14-24, was told to please hold when I got to the intercom, I waited patiently for 10 minutes in silence before I said hello, the lady said “I said hold”. I waited patiently again and finally ordered after another 3 minutes, no big whatever, however then I got my order and noticed the drink had no ice, I asked if I could get ice and was told, our ice isn’t working kind of rudely so I said ok then they handed me the bag and I asked if the pickle and hot sauce was put in the bag and she said yes it’s in there in a much annoyed and rude tone. Well guess what, got home, checked the bag, no pickle or hot sauce, along with a flat sprite (no carbonation) with the no ice. Sandwich and chips were good though.

I stop to get lunch on 12/04/24 at congress location. I was second in-line and when it came to my time to order the phone rang and the manager who was taking orders looked at me and said “I need to answer it”. He was on the phone for at least 5 minutes talking to a Customer. Then what the Hell am I? Never go to this Location. It’s Bad Customer Service to answer the phone and Not Taking My order. I Wish I Got the Manager Name to put him on Blast.

Just left there and it's already overpriced, but they didn't even give me the chips I paid for, don't have time to go back because I have to work, very frustrating though when I was the only person there

I usually have a pretty good experience at this location but the employee at the window on Friday around 12 PM couldn’t even remember our order and had to retake it at the window. When she forgot some of our items I couldn’t even get her attention back to the window by honking or calling their store because she was off listening to music with her airpods. I’d usually excuse this kind of behavior for a high schooler, but for an adult is absurd.

I've never been a fan and it doesn't chsnge now. When I placed my order the very first thnig tgat happen was we were told they didn't have any beef, not good. I had to eat something different. When the oder was brought to us my sandwich was wrong and they forgot my mac and cheese. Still not a fan. Stay away.
