This is the *best* Schlotzsky's in town. My order is always correct and the food is hot and fresh. I wish I knew the drive through cashier's name; his service is consistently excellent and he is always friendly when I swing by in the evening after work. You can tell whoever runs this location is doing a great job. Keep it up!

I love Schlotzsky's and I've rarely had a bad experience. On Friday I ordered a medium turkey original at the Balcones Woods location in Austin. My sandwich was THE BEST I've ever had to date! It was hot and delicious and the bread was toasted to perfection! Their service was fast and friendly. Way to go!!

I love this Schlotzsky's even though it's no longer my neighborhood one, quick eats and healthy options for all dietary options!
My kiddo loves their cheese pizza which is always a great deal for a meal with a drink and cookie for their kids meal option. I love their salads as the portions are huge and every time I get the entree salad, the ingredients and garlic bread side that comes with it is so fresh.
My go to these days is mobile ordering and picking up my food, which the app works well and even rewards you with a loyalty system. The offerings for BOGO Wednesday pizza makes family meals for dinner a great option for us during the work week when we don't want to cook.
It's a clean, safe space, and I also appreciate the bathrooms were well maintained and the staff who accommodate our orders were very friendly and nice! You can do no wrong when you stop at Schlotzsky's so they have my heart and my return loyalty for family noms!

"Center of the roll" is a rip off as it is no longer the actual center on the roll. They just chop up the whole roll and hide the crusty exterior underneath. When I asked about it I was told that is now SOP for all stores. They charge a premium for that product they don't actually provide.

I recently grabbed a meal at Schlotzsky's, and it was awesome! The sandwiches are super tasty – I had the Original and it was loaded with flavor. The bread is so fresh and soft, which makes all the difference. The service was quick and the staff was really friendly. Definitely a solid spot for a quick and delicious lunch. I’ll be back for sure!

Food was excellent as always. However, I think that the amount of cheese on the original cheese sandwich has decreased over the last few years. Kind of like grocery items that are sold in the same size package for years but the actual amount in the package keeps getting smaller. Still a great sandwich; best cheese sandwich I know of. Aldo a pizza bogo on Wednesdays that is a good deal and the pizza is very good.
Parking: Not a huge lot but I have never had a problem getting a parking space.
