Went there for a typical roast beef sandwich. And I waited for 45 minutes for one employee/ manager just to have a dumb attitude with me. It didn't make any sense because I was using proper manners such as yes ma'am, no ma'am. 0/10 from the management team. Imma reach out to corporate or hopefully someone from corporate will reach out to me For more details. First time trying and experience was delightful. The lady which I believe was a manager was so friendly and helpful. I got the giant roast beef and cheese, the potato soup and large strawberry lemonade. Good bang for your buck.

The first time I’ve ever had Schlotzsky’s Deli, I was training at a clinic, and the reps brought the doctors and staff, food. They offered me a box. I’ve been in love ever since! So, I had to go try on my own and I was immediately impressed by the menu, and the different options. Also, having a Cinnabon, and I don’t have to go to the mall? Yes please!! Lol! Even tho the sweet cashier shared they were short staffed, I couldn’t tell. They had me in and out in minutes. I kept coming back adding things and she didn’t get annoyed with me! The sandwich I had was AMAZING, and they even have a $5 off $10 when you download the app. Stop in if you want a really good sandwich 🥰🥰
