Terrible Service and Declining Food Quality
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. What used to be a reliable spot for a good meal has gone downhill, and the service was shockingly bad. From the moment we arrived, we were seated at a dirty table that hadn't been cleaned. We had to ask for napkins and clean it ourselves.
Our waitress was inattentive and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. It felt like since gratuity was already included, there was no incentive to provide decent service. The food quality has also declined significantly. It's sad to see a place that once cared about its customers now treating them with such indifference and attitude. We were just trying to enjoy a meal out, but this experience was far from enjoyable.

My favorite seafood place in Austin. Amazing drinks, sushi, service and atmosphere. Music is very loud (i love that) so is not a place for everyone. Mexican banda all night, strong drinks. You will have a good time.

9:40-10:40pm on 7/1/25 me and 2 buds got charged extra draft each that they didnāt bring us, why would I lie about a $20 charge on beer with a $180 ticket. Then I presume the manager it was I talked her excuse was, I have to pay my employees, and it would take over 30 mins to get on the cameras to see if we were lying (which we werenāt itās $20) donāt go here they donāt know what there doing. Shoutout to the cooks seafood boil was great thatās about it. Also we asked for dressed beers and they gave us just a lime with itā¦
