Austin deserves so much better. Wish I would have read the reviews before we ate here. We went here because it wasn't crowded on a busy day. Now I know why. We had an hour before boarding so there should have been no problem getting lunch. We were seated pretty quickly, but the hostess just handed us menus and didn't say a word. For the next 10 minutes she seated 3 more parties with no indication when someone would show up to take our order. When the bartender finally started taking orders, he did so in reverse order of how we were seated. When I called him over and said we were seated first, he got upset and said he's got the whole area and the bar and has no way to know who was seated first. I said "she knows" and pointed to the hostess who was standing less than 10 feet away. She again said nothing. He assured us that all our orders would be placed at the same time, but 2 of the 3 parties were finished eating before our food even arrived 40 minutes later. We now had 10 minutes to try to scarf down our food and get to the gate, so we asked for boxes. The servers here are rude, ignore you, and seem to be completely unaware that people have flights they need to catch. To make matters worse, the 3 meals cost us over $100. It's a shame because the food was actually good. Austin has such good food and service, hopefully this place will be replaced by a professionally run restaurant soon.

The French toast was amazing! It had powered sugar, strawberries and pecans. Very good. Served until 11am!

We're flying back home to California late so we decided to find a place to eat dinner. The Brie starter is what sold me and figured let's give this place a try. My husband ordered the burger and truffle fries. We split all the food and it was pretty decent and good for food in the airport. The host and waiter were really friendly and amazing. When we come back to Austin I would eat here again :).

Alia (hostess) attempted to seat us at a table where someone had already stored their luggage. When asked about another table, Alia said, "Take it up with your server", and then walked away. Austin has lively people, Alia is not one of them. She's a miserable individual and her employer should be embarrassed.

Solid food. Service is serviceable for an airport cafe - it was slow and rushed at the same time. Ambience is busy but I was seated at a table with charging ports and plenty of of space. Idk about the regular pommes frites, but the black truffle upgrade was worth it. Beers are expensive but that is just how it's done in airports. I went with the smoked turkey BLT and it was surprisingly good.

Let's face it, airports aren't going to have the best atmosphere, but this is g good for what it is. Good food, fairly attentive staff.

I was there earlier today and was asked twice by the bartender at the bar to sit somewhere else to get better service because she had 7 tickets to cash out and stated she was overwhelmed. I hadn't even asked for anything and was patiently waiting. I left. I was not in a hurry to order and would have waited as I liked the seat I was sitting in. I had even told her it was fine. She did genuinely seem stressed but I was put off by the whole thing.

A girl just wanted some overpriced chicken tenders. They were rock hard. I was asked why I didn’t eat them and told them but was not comped or anything.

Decent option, fresh and not fried at least, but there definitely wasn't any tabbouleh in my bowl. The platter overall was pretty good, just not what I was expecting. Service was kind of mixed at first, the server warmed up after a while.

When you get delayed at the airport you make the most of it! Great drinks here and a good way to pass some time!

The waiter was so rude and mean. I never experienced such that impolite behavior at any kind of restaurants.

The avocado toast wasn’t toasted and the avocado was a tasteless thin schemer of what seemed like grocery store guacamole. It’s wasn’t like guacamole I would expect in Austin. Also the potatoes were barely warm.I’ve stopped here twice the first time we never got helped so we got up and left. The second time we nearly left because it took a while before we were helped. I wish we had left.
