We had been driving by this restaurant on Spicewood Springs for over a year when we decided to drop in on an impulse. Nothing too fancy about the restaurant and a little plain but quiet and cozy. I ordered a cup of hot and sour soup, and my wife and I shared an order of Kung Pao chicken with extra peanuts and an order of egg rolls. Service was good and our order was delivered hot. Loved the Shanghai rice cakes, fish with preserved mustard greens, spicy fish, Szechuan numbing chicken, green beans, mapo tofu, & cauliflower dry pot. Not greasy and felt lighter like home cooking - I really liked every dish! They were also very accommodating for our large group and brought small plates for the birthday cake. Great service and food, and we will be back!
