First time at Shake Shack and I definitely will be back! The service was absolutely amazing. I was welcomed by Miguel and also served by him. He was so kind, gave great recommendations and made my first experience exceptional. I will definitely be back!

The female employee with black hair done in piggy tail buns and wearing too much makeup was rude. She was wiping down the front doors today and was very unwelcoming. She was obviously in some kind of mood. I walked in, encountered that ‘piece of joy’ and walked right back out.

After walking around in 90 plus weather at ACL, this was the perfect spot to indulge in a shake shack cheese burger after the fest! Super rad little spot, you walk in and order on touch screens and they bring your order out! Unlimited refills on sodas and lemonades! Definitely recommend the lemonade! The chicken sandwich was also super great! I only wish the burger was a bit bigger!
No ice just regular water which is warm in this weather !! No cups for catchup , the food came cold , never visit this place again

Ordered from here through DoorDash. I received my bag of food from the delivery person and it wasn’t sealed in any way. Why would a restaurant not seal the bag? Stickers, tape, anything! I’m not saying the delivery drivers would do something, but it would give me peace of mind as a paying customer, that the restaurant cares to provide a quality check on their food and seal it for their customer.
Just gave me an uneasy feeling to know that anything could have been done to my food from the time it left the restaurant and sealing the bag takes minimal effort. Disappointing for sure.

I can always count on Shake Shack to meet my night hunger needs. Having completed a three hour drive from Arlington, I figured this would be the easiest place to get food quickly.
This location has self order kiosks, which are cool and easy to use. It's quite easy to navigate and to pay for your goods. If you're eating in, you take a number and find a table. You also share your mobile for a text.
I selected a seat in front of the TV so I could watch the World Series. It wasn't long before my food was in front of me. And since I don't do ketchup, it was refreshing to hand it back to the young lady and the manager and not get push back (it happens).
Everything about my meal was great. The spot got busier as it got closer to 8 pm. Overall, a good visit.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: The kids love it. Burger, fries and a drink.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's accessible parking and a ramp.

Came in at night and person at front directed me to order on machines. He was super friendly and kind. Definitely a good manager or management material. Food was okay for shake shack. Fries were room temp as soon as I got my to go order. Chicken in the chicken avocado sandwich was super small or smaller than any piece I’ve gotten from other shake shacks. But everything besides the fries was fresh. Good shakes, really unfortunate they got ride of a dairy free option but it’s still up on the menu. Would go back and give them another try. Great atmosphere, hopefully the food is more up to shake shack standards next time. FYI: There is no drive thru.
