The food is not worth the price tag, I could've gone to five guys and saved a whole $40 just to get the same thing I ordered here. First and last time, I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. This place is overrated.

I am a patron of this establishment and what I witnessed today I will not be going back and will advise my friends and family to do the same. There is a manager there that was bullying a hardworking employee and the manager fired her. I personally told the young girl to turn her in to the labor board. You don't conduct that type of verbal abuse in front of other employees or customers. What do you teach these kids? The employee was part time and I had seen her come in on her days off.just because nobody else would. No matter who's fault it was. Did you write her up, give her a warning? You just fire her. You lost multiple customers doing this. Too bad, I will find another place to eat.

Went on a Saturday night around 8 and the place was super busy. However, the staff was super friendly. ?? There could've been a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area. I asked for a well done burger ? but there was still a bit of pink on the inside. I'm not a fan of the taste or the price of this place, but it was conveniently located across from the hotel. Burgers, fries and drinks for 2 shouldn't cost 35 bucks at a location such as this.

This is one of my favorite Shake Shacks to stop at mainly because the parking isn't as Dreadful as some of the other ones. But the people inside they're always very nice they have self service machines for you to do your order on. I do wish they had maybe more cuz sometimes that line can be a little long especially if the fire department comes in to eat LOL. The food is always really good I recently tried their new Korean one and I have to say that I can't wait to order it again and I recommend putting pickles on it cuz if you have a weak palette like I do the pickles they just kind of help a little bit but you have to ask them because it's not an option on their self-service that did suck but they're really nice and and willing to add those to that order. The atmosphere is always really nice too there's plenty of places to sit whether it's inside or outside. One of the things that I like that shake shack has at this particular location is kind of like a bike rack for dogs so you can tie them up and go inside and get something to eat. I think that's so awesome.Dietary restrictions: They had plant-based options.

We ordered using a computer. We tired the new Korean chicken burgers. I thought it was okay but I did feel like I should have gotten the original burgers. I love my veggies but the chicken burger didn't have any options. Milk shakes were good! We got the mini ones.
Give me back the option to order from a real person at the counter and I’ll make this 5 stars again. Not everyone ( most ) wants to order from a self order.
