Best acai bowl I've ever had. Service is very freindly and it's clear the workers like each other. The price is afforable for college students. Will be coming back again!

Ok I typically love shake smart but sometimes this place could be a waste of your money. This is not the first time that has happened to me but today I decided to make a note here. First off, my rawcai bowl was literally liquid. I have had my bowl liquidity before but not this bad. Today it was pure liquid. From this picture I had only taken two bites and it is less than half full and fully melted. Im so sad bc it was a waste of my money. I didn't complain in person because they were busy from working really slowly....

Gross food, bad and low quality ingredients. Not worth the price, if you don’t care about added sugars just go to smoothie king at this point

I've been here quite a few times but the other comments are true about the staff. The workers forgot about my order until about 10 minutes passed when they realized they never printed the ticket. Upon receiving my bowl they had forgotten an item from it. Very disappointing. Normally it is fine, but every now and then there's some annoyances.

If you guys going to open at 10, then go ahead, please update it. I came all over there. Says open ant 7am I mean that’s not her fault but someone have to update it at the website.
The staffs are not nice. I have to wait for 4 people making only 2 shakes for at least 10 minutes before they could come to me and took my order. EXTREMELY unprofessional when there were a lot of people waiting and them talking. Also, I ordered my drink first but got it last. The drink is alright.
I came by earlier to buy a bowl, and the service was amazing! The girls made my order very quick! I would 100% recommend!

For almost $8.00 a shake, I expected to be given halfway decent customer service. I placed an order at the kiosk to have a better look at which shake I wanted to select before going to pay for it at the register. The two young ladies behind the counter never even glanced in my direction, I was simply trying to pay for the order I had already placed beforehand. Never gave me a quick "one moment please" or even an acknowledgement of my presence. I left without purchasing anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Very disappointed in this lackluster customer service.

Ordered overnight oats with almonds, coconut, and peanut butter as a preworkout meal. Was about to eat it when I found ants crawling across the food. The staff seemed apologetic and gave me a refund, but I still feel sick and grossed out. I understand that people make mistakes, but it is gross negligence to serve bug-contaminated food.
I normally never write bad reviews because everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes, but this is ridiculous. My roommate is deathly allergic to peanuts and she asked for almond butter in her acai bowl instead of peanut butter. Even when she got her bowl, she confirmed with the employee that it was almond butter and not peanut butter, and the employee said that it was. However, it was in fact peanut butter, and I just spent the last three hours holding her hair back as she violently threw up. Simple mistakes are understandable, but as a worker in the food industry, it's your responsibility to be aware of common allergens and take measures to ensure the safety and sanitation of your food. If even when presented with the explicit opportunity to correct your inadvertent error you do not rectify it, I don't know what else to say other than that you may be unfit for the food industry.
