I’ve eaten here twice now and I absolutely love the food; I highly recommend. My favorite food to order is their wonton soup, general Tso’s chicken, beef fried rice and beef and broccoli.
If they only they delivered through DoorDash or Grubhub, I would order frequently.

Popped in on Wednesday evening for a lil DimSum. We were not disappointed, all the dishes were hot and delicious. Not a high end restaurant like most downtown spots, but food and service adequately makeup for any shortcomings.

I’m not a fan of having to order on the phone but it is what it is. Be careful tho, they say the tip is already included but when you go to check out you must enter in something in the tip section to be able to order.
Food came out really quick but probably because we were the only ones in the restaurant. Dim sum was good. Peking duck was decent. The sauce for the Chinese broccoli was way too salty.
Absolutely love this place!!
This was a great all-day dim sum restaurant! It was pretty empty when we visited on a Monday evening, but the food was fantastic and the service was great too. We particularly liked their xiao long bao, pork potstickers, hot & sour soup, and ma po tofu. The atmosphere is a bit nicer than a typical dim sum restaurant. I am visiting from out of town, but if I lived here my family and I would definitely be regulars.
Happy experience
This is a real find. It's in north Austin near the old Highland Mall and current AFS Cinema. The food is well done. The servings are surprisingly huge (enough for two meals). Prices are very good with some outstanding specials. Service is very good. Achingly, the public draw is not there (no reason it shouldn't be), but that always gives you an immediate table and plenty of close parking. Well worth a stop! I've been coming here for years. Recently remodeled. Nice place!
Food was flavorful. Only one waitress, which was concerning, but since the restaurant was only half occupied, the wait was not too long for our order to come out. Prices were very high and a mandatory 15 % tip was automatically added, while being asked for another while paying my bill. Portions were small ,but other than that, clean, quite restaurant!!!
Restaurantji Recommends
authentic chinese dim sum. There aren't too many people, which make it great for leisure visits.
I’m so happy to have dimsum in Austin!
This place definitely scratches the itch.
They have techno music playing to keep you moving too hehe. I really enjoyed the har gow and sticky rice with chicken, the egg drop soup was delicious too! Wasn’t too much of a fan of the pork shumai taste or the texture of the shrimp rice noodle roll but would definitely come again to try their other stuff and get the others again!
overall stoked and grateful to have dimsum out here in the West.
also, the roasted duck looked delicious so might have to get that next time when i’m feeling lucky.
Thank god for shanghai chinese restaurant, only thing is a little pricey.
Went here with friends recently, goated
Feels like back home in china. Restaurant owner's son was such a kind soul, I truly hope him and his family aren't felons and ascend to new heights.
