🤔This Sharetea has good service, but lately inconsistency with making good drinks. Sadly, something I've notice recently is when the drinks aren't made correctly it has been when management is not in-store. I guess some employees don't mind slacking off.

I do like this ShareTea but was super thrown off today when I stopped by to get a drink at around 3PM. There were three people behind the counter, but at first glance, I genuinely thought one of the employees there was actually a customer who slipped behind the counter. She was wearing the shortest mini-skirt ever and a really skimpy tank top—definitely NOT workplace attire in any way. People will wear whatever they choose to, but in this type of environment as a representation of the company (regardless that it's 'just' a tea shop), you shouldn't be looking like you don't WORK at your job when you are in fact currently working there on a shift. Not a good look for ShareTea or any company that wants to have a professional approach to customer service. The employees were nice though.

I love sharetea so much! The employees always make my drinks perfect. It's a very nice place to study and relax. I also enjoy the music they're playing usually, the genres are picked very well.

Service was not good. Workers were in a rude and pissy mood right when I went up to the counter and throughout my time there. There’s also this ridiculous reward system where the points you receive are location based only. Your points don’t accumulate across all shareteas…. Sharetea used to be my favorite boba chain, but ever since they have changed the menu it’s been going downhill… makes me sad.
Loved their classic coffee boba with ice cream—rich, smooth, and the perfect pick-me-up!

Sharetea is a great place for bubble tea! Great atmosphere and customer service. Kids loved their Ice-Blended and we had boba teas.

Visited this place after a restaurant run and it was pretty good. I got it regular sweet and let me say, it was sweet once I stirred the mango in (mango matcha). Someone else I was with also ordered a matcha and got regular sweetness and they said it was also pretty sweet to them. So if you’re someone who loves sweet drinks, keep it regular, if not so much, bring down the sweetness level. I did go on a week day during the evening time so no wait when I walked in. Staff was pretty great, no complaints.
