Good wing spot!! I go where the food is great. It's not fancy but the food is delicious. Chicago based mild wing sauce is yummy. The lemon pepper sauce is hitting. The fries and wings were hot and fresh. I can't wait to try more. Nice gem off Springdale. Check them out.

Sharks are my guilty pleasure when I crave fresh fried chicken 6 the days I work in the office. The seating area is always clean and air conditioned. They make your food fresh, and there are always some good people watching, of old and new neighbors excited to pick up their orders!

I went here for lunch for the first time, ordered a 2 piece combo meal of chicken nuggets, jumbo shrimp along with fries and coleslaw, the nuggets, jumbo shrimp and fries were good, I didn't care much for the coleslaw as it was too runny for my liking, I do wish they could get the fountain soda fixed as I prefer to have fountain soda over canned while dining at a restaurant.
Overall it was a good experience although it's not much to look at on the outside.

After a long day hoopin’ Sunday afternoon, we decided to get takeout from Sharks. Being from Chicago, I’m familiar with Sharks, JJ’s fish, Harold’s, etc. Not asking for much - just wanted a warm meal, including the items I asked for. The food was warm, but the orders weren’t correct. I also asked for mild sauce and ranch, and neither were placed in my bag. I got one container of hot sauce, and some packets of tartar sauce, and ketchup. One of my orders was supposed to be a 4-piece chicken tender meal, with double fries and ranch. And the other order was medium shrimp, three whole chicken wings, fries and cole slaw. What we received was three whole chicken wings, medium shrimp, fries, and Mac and cheese. (No, I did not order Mac and cheese) and the other order was two lemon pepper chicken tenders, double fries, catfish bites, and no ranch. I spent $29 and some change, total, and the lady answering the phones and working the front counter had an attitude and swore up and down that she put the ranch and mild sauce in the bag but she didn’t. This was a terrible experience, and we won’t be back. There’s way too many food places in Austin to choose from and spend almost $30 on with much better customer service and food quality. I wouldn’t go back if they were giving away food. 🗑️🗑️ 0 stars earned. Only get the 1 star because without any stars highlighted, I can’t even submit this post.

Definitely Top Tier in the flavor department. The service is always good the food is always fresh and hits every mark. They have a decent number of different sides to choose from.
My ONLY SUGGESTION/Wish.. if yall can add Waffles and/or fried rice! I think those two options would only increase the income and clientele. When I eat a piece of chicken from here I immediately want some fried rice to go with it.. Hope the right person sees this, but overall my favorite place to get some quality food.

I come here to get lunch. It's close to the job site, and the food is prepared within ten to fifteen minutes. I get their catfish and shrimp lunch special each time, and each time, it is fantastic. I've started calling ahead to reduce waiting at the restaurant, and that allows me to return to work on time. I told my coworkers about the place, and now they're ordering from there as well.
