Worth the wait!
Very good food and excellent service! Lots of Vegan options for those who don't eat meat or dairy. I tried the hash bowl. They offer meal prep so ordered for Sunday pick up and looking forward to trying all those meals as well.

Shelton's Cafe serves incredible food with subtle spices that enhance the flavors. Customers highly recommend the French toast sandwich with Beyond Sausage and the Chicken Rice Bowl. The steak sandwich was good but could use more seasoning. The fries are seasoned very well, and the staff is accommodating and generous with condiments. Shelton, recognized as the best chef west of the Mississippi, has added some AMAZING bread pudding to the menu, which has delighted many visitors. Good people and superb food make Shelton's Cafe a must-visit spot.
The atmosphere is inviting, with a layout inside what was once a larger store, possibly a grocery store. There are little shopping booths and a few other eating places, along with around ten two-person tables for everyone to use. A designated area for kids includes a few toys and a cloth checkerboard. While the cafe can get busy, with customers sometimes having to wait for their food, many find it worth it. The burger, for example, features a big, handmade patty and real cheese, offering a quality experience that feels homemade. Visitors appreciate the delicious food and the unique charm of the cafe, making it a place to return to for real food.
