The service in this place is deplorable. 2 Bartenders on a Monday night, not even a full house and customers being ignored. I've been a bartender for years, managed bars and nightclubs and what I saw last night? If have fired those two immediately. 2 shots came out to 17.00? Yet the nectar rounds of the same exact thing? 10.00. Somebody is making that money but it is not the damn owners.

Place was very underwhelming. SUPER rude bartenders aggressive and rude all around. Have a feeling that some racially motivated ignorance or ageism caused us to get checked ids everytime we came to the bar and calling us children and threw us out because of the way they served us. Terrible manners to paying customers.

Some guy named Alex , manager I’m sure they lied about his name was harassing usIding us multiple times calling us liars about our IDs and started grabbing us and pushing us when we called them out. Terrible place to go out to ego feeling employees and terrible aggressive service.

I really love this nightclub and the karaoke nights! However, I believe the bartenders name is Brittany, I was here with my sister a few months back and my sister paid our tab. I came back a few weeks later and Brittany recognized me and started asking me why my sister didn’t tip higher, etc. it just seemed rude to me? Also since that wasn’t my tab anyway.Fast forward to recently I went back a 3rd time and Brittany looks at my ticket again and was appalled and asked me “is this it?” AGAIN. That amount of unprofessionalism is astounding and she was so comfortable doing it to me for a 2nd time that I’m sure she does it often to many patrons. If you go, avoid Brittany.I understand that tips are important to people as I have been a server for a while aswell..I’ve never not tipped anyone but I’ve been totally stiffed before but it’s just not appropriate to actually complain to your customers face. It’s awkward and rude and makes me not want to return.ON THE OTHER HAND I will try and understand to tip a bit higher next time as I know times are tough so I can take responsibility on that part. But either way I just don’t appreciate being questioned by the bartender in that fashion.

Always visit shenanigans when I visit my mom in Hunters Chase. Mad props to the bartender who warned me about the creepy guy who was chatting me up. Who doesn’t feel more safe drinking in a bar when you know the bartender is looking out for you?

Walked in with some of my friends who recently turned 21 and got dirty looks from everyone in there. Staff was rude and uninviting some old dude was even chanting “ no hipsters allowed” as we walked out. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

There was an elderly woman handling the karaoke and she was extremely disrespectful. Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this bar. If I were the owner I'd consider other options. She ruined my experience and frankly if I see her again there I'll just leave. She should not be in a public setting.
