We got to the shop 45 minutes before closing. It had the open sign on as well, but the door was locked. No one up front, but there was a girl in the back. Definitely poor customer service.

Wasting time, appaled by the service. Person at the window sat there chatting with the car in front for 5 minutes straight 10 minutes in line before I drove away. The drive thru is for quick orders. So no breakfast before work. This location has been fantastic for 15 years. Won't be coming back. Incredibly disrespectful staff. Very happy they got to catch up with each other at the expense of everyone in line.

This is hands down my favorite Shipley's! The sausage and cheese kolaches are amazing and I can't miss out on the donut holes when I go. The staff is always very friendly

I went to this location today and bought some donuts and an old fashioned cinnamon roll. Nothing was fresh. The donuts and the roll were cold and had obviously been refrigerated. The cinnamon roll was fine after I microwaved it. Not ideal. The donuts were just gross. I think refrigerating them made the grease sink into the donut and it was soggy on the outside. If I am subjecting myself to unhealthy foods I want them to be good. Every person in my family spit out their first bite of donut.
