This is by far the worst tasting Shipleys I have ever been to. The donut holes tasted like unflavored dough, cherry iced was good and the kolaches were hard and just mid.

I've been going to Shipley Do-Nuts ever since I was a kid. This location is hands-down the best of them all.

The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the leadership is second to none thanks to Brandon.

To anyone looking for incredible breakfast food at an affordable price, delivered hand in hand with unparalleled service - this is the only place you should consider.

Best donuts I've found in the Cedar Park area. The apple fritters and pastries are a delight. We get some kolaches wherever we're there for later in the week. Definitely a staple.

I am not going back to this location after the rude interaction with the employee. He was super irritated, annoyed, not helpful when placing the order. He just shoved the boxes. I am not going back to this location because of this nasty customer service.

Came to get a dozen kolaches for the office and the gentleman running the store was rude, said I don't speak English and continued to berate me because they could not understand a simple order. It was all my fault and instead of deescalating, which I tried multiple times, he continued to tell me that I wasn't ordering correctly. I did not hire his staff and I read the menu exactly as written multiple times.I truly don't understand his hostility, but he said it's because he had other customers. I got owner/operator vibes, but if he isn't, he should be fired.I get being busy and frustrated, but don't take it out on customers. I'll go elsewhere from now on, and will advise my colleagues to do the same.

We picked up donuts Wednesday morning around 8.00 am. The donut were chocolate glaze and cookie and dream both were stale and sad looking and had a distinct old oil smell to it. I think for the price they charge there are better donut options. Wouldn't recommend Shipley's

My husband and I love Shipley, however after our most recent experience, we sadly won’t be coming back. Clearly, we aren’t welcome. Used the drive through to pick up an order (because why wouldn’t I?) and was rudely demanded to come inside to pick up the order. Sure, I guess? Told the guy at the counter I was picking up an order and he shoved it at me, berating me for being late. Not sure why just being a customer is such a nuisance to this staff.

I’ve decided not to come here anymore and actively speak out against this place. The past 5 times I’ve been there, a guy I assume is the owner, has been short with me, rude with me, and got my order wrong. Which by the way I hardly even speak to the dude. He’s even made his own employees cry and uncomfortable. The lady initially taking my order kept saying sorry for his behavior and ultimately had to leave the drive through window. There was only 1 car behind me and the wait wasn’t even long. DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you enjoy a mid aged short haired dude cursing at you under his breath because you’re not saying your order fast enough or needing a moment to think. I also notice that he likes to slam things and throw them around. I’m gonna see if I know any one who knows someone at corporate to see about this. Please, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.I will say, any time I’ve went and he wasn’t there, it’s been 5 starts every time.
