Always quick easy and affordable.Constructive criticism for Shipley in general;They have to do something different independent coffee chains make each chain unique; their design needs to be different at every location.There layout needs to be consistently different.The chair need to be comfy, make this the college students area to study. Market to studying college kids.They need to start doing coffee relevant to summer moons coffee (don't copy) but make coffee bigger at Shipley.sell, oat milk, almond milk, with other milks.There could be a world without Shipley or their could be a world were Shipley plays with the bigger candidates. Like Dunkin' and Starbucks but as there own wrap like individual smaller coffee companies. A big ass donut like the one in iron man needs to be on every building.

I’ve decided not to come here anymore and actively speak out against this place. The past 5 times I’ve been there, a guy I assume is the owner, has been short with me, rude with me, and got my order wrong. Which by the way I hardly even speak to the dude. He’s even made his own employees cry and uncomfortable. The lady initially taking my order kept saying sorry for his behavior and ultimately had to leave the drive through window. There was only 1 car behind me and the wait wasn’t even long. DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you enjoy a mid aged short haired dude cursing at you under his breath because you’re not saying your order fast enough or needing a moment to think. I also notice that he likes to slam things and throw them around. I’m gonna see if I know any one who knows someone at corporate to see about this. Please, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.I will say, any time I’ve went and he wasn’t there, it’s been 5 starts every time.

First let me start by saying I am and have loved Shipley donuts me entire life. However todays experience goes so far beyond any level of acceptable behavior that I'm honestly shocked. Not sure if he's the owner or a manager but I've never seen a grown man have a hissy fit and throw donuts around the store. Everyone has bad days. But his actions were beyond the pale and I will not ever return to that location.

This place is trash now. They hired someone who is consistently burning the kolaches. I told and showed management this, and he acknowledged it and gave me a refund. And that was more than 3 months ago. The kolaches are still burnt , hard, and disgusting. Close this place down please. Let someone else run it. The kolaches used to be so good. Now they’re overpriced and burnt.

Big Shipley’s fan. There is an employee named Brandon who absolutely makes me want to stop going to this and any other Shipley’s store.He is rude to his employees, frequently yells and generally is not a great asset to this store.Great donuts, horrible hire. If I go back, I will walk right back out if I see that guy there.
This is the king. So many great flavors. Super friendly staff. I love this place. I know there is a prejudice against the chains, but this chain rocks!

I went early this morning assuming I'd get fresh doughnuts. They were old, stale, inedible doughnuts. Very disappointing.

My normal place was closed for some reason. Long as I was out at 5am, I stopped by here. Perhaps attendant was having a bad day but was standoffish the moment I entered the store and said hi. Continued the attitude as I tried to familiarize myself with the menu and make selections. I'm kind when I'm out and life is too short to put myself through this kinda service more than once.

Best donuts and best service in Texas! I grew up on Shipley donuts and I know I can always count on excellent quality whether you get a kolache or donut. The top notch service makes it an absolute must on a weekday or weekend. Do yourself a favor and stop by to enjoy the classic donut shop ambiance.
