Went in today to get a dozen donuts and a vagrant came in and got in my face and told me to give him a donut. He wouldn't stop demanding a donut from me so I finally gave in. The ladies there didn't do a thing! They should have called the police or at least told the man to leave us alone. SHAMEFUL

I order a dozen of donuts today for my job and the feed back was not great. The donuts was very dry. It made you almost shock you would definitely need a drink with them. Very disappointed

this combo is a total win. Shipley’s donuts are soft, warm, and just the right amount of sweet – melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Not too greasy, just fluffy heaven And the Milk+Tea drink? Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor! The brown sugar swirl adds a beautiful caramel kick, and the toppings are chewy perfection. You can really taste the quality

Love Shipleys but the glazed donuts definitely weren’t even close to fresh and weren’t fluffy like I’m used to (went at 7:10am so assumed they would be fresh).

Shipley’s has been my favorite donut place since I was a kid. The Parmer location in Austin has stood out as my favorite for its open and bright atmosphere and they always have a good selection. If they don’t have the donut in looking for they have whipped it up for me really quick in the past. Definitely recommend :)
This is the best Shipleys in Austin. The food is always fresh and taste so well. The staff is always nice too. I come here atleast twice a week. I just rack up app points haha

My family and I moved to Austin not too long ago and one of the first places we felt at home and welcomed was this Shipley's location. My 4 year old chatty, curly haired son formed a bond with Mia (I believe this is her name) immediately. Because of this, Shipley's is forever our donut place. The food is always great, the seating area is always clean and I always know that were going to get treated with a smile. I cannot thank this place enough for all their kindness to my family. My son literally calls Mia "his friend" and at home, he will take small amazon boxes we have discarded and will play Shipley's, going through the motions of getting everyone their pretend donuts and coffee. Mia always goes out of her way to make my son feel special and it absolutely shows. Any time we wake up on the weekend and I say "Do you guys want to get breakfast?" he runs and gets his shoes and says "Yeah, lets go! I wanna see my friend!" even if that's not where we are going. As a parent, I can't say how good it makes me feel to see someone have an impact like that on my child. Good vibes all around! Thank you so much for all you do and all of the times you've made our boys day. Hope we see you again soon!

I love the sausage, cheese and jalapeño kolache and if I'm lucky enough to be there when the donuts are hot, I'm in heaven!
