I stopped by this Short-Stop on Tuesday afternoon, and I must say, it was the best burger I've had in quite some time. The food was incredibly fresh, and I appreciated seeing the manager actively preparing orders and engaging with customers.

My daughter and I just left from here and the customer service was nonexistent, we asked for fresh fryās ( cause we noticed fries & pies sitting in the warmer) they just dipped them in the grease . My tenders had to be done the same way because it was dark brown and burnt in spots. The drive thru worker was very rude and unprofessional , the manager wasnāt as rude out loud but body language definitely showed how he felt about our request. It was only two cars in line when we pull to the drive thru thatās how I knew they cooked to much food and didnāt want to waste it , so they served us old food . As a ex fast food employee I know everything is supposed to be time stamped when taking out the grease . Iām here mostly because of the customer service , I also called the ācorporate officeā and was met with da same hostility!!!!! Other short stops have provided a way better experience, store # 9 sucks and should be boycotted til the find employees who want to earn their money and service our community correctly

People look like they hate being there but the food is good and fast to order. Lines vary depending on time and day. Over all good spot for big family on a budget.
They were fast and got the order correct. They also burnt the burger meat. The French fries and coke were perfect. The bun seemed old and dry as well.
