Worker need to pay attention with orders. Made it home and order was not what I wanted .. then the manager ask if I want to go back.. yes let me drive 25 minutes out my way to go back and get my correct order,which you took a while to give me my order and it was not right!I’ll stick to the short stop on 7th street

I stopped by this Short-Stop on Tuesday afternoon, and I must say, it was the best burger I've had in quite some time. The food was incredibly fresh, and I appreciated seeing the manager actively preparing orders and engaging with customers.
My daughter and I just left from here and the customer service was nonexistent, we asked for fresh fry’s ( cause we noticed fries & pies sitting in the warmer) they just dipped them in the grease . My tenders had to be done the same way because it was dark brown and burnt in spots. The drive thru worker was very rude and unprofessional , the manager wasn’t as rude out loud but body language definitely showed how he felt about our request. It was only two cars in line when we pull to the drive thru that’s how I knew they cooked to much food and didn’t want to waste it , so they served us old food . As a ex fast food employee I know everything is supposed to be time stamped when taking out the grease . I’m here mostly because of the customer service , I also called the “corporate office” and was met with da same hostility!!!!! Other short stops have provided a way better experience, store # 9 sucks and should be boycotted til the find employees who want to earn their money and service our community correctly
