Probably the worst food truck & im not sure why it’s at Radio still. Gave multiple tries and they failed all times. First time they weren’t monitoring their orders and I waited almost 2 hrs for food then got burnt fries, which I saw were already in the basket as he opened the truck up that looked burnt already. Who knows how long they’ve been in there since he re-opened the truck after I asked someone at Radio for help.
Tried it again and the descriptions of the items don’t match what you get on the hot dogs. He kept trying to give me an order and took it away saying it wasn’t mine. Then he gave me my order and it was missing some items on both items I ordered but too hungry to tell them the issue to fix. I just won’t go there anymore and that’s a shame bc the other Radio location has a Shortwave truck and I don’t have these issues. They might want to replace the person at the east location.

Ordered veggie burger and fries and didn’t get the fries. We politely let them know it came with fries and showed them our order on the phone and the guy just kept telling us no, and showed us the lunch menu. We again explained it was evening and we ordered off the qr for both. He just said no again. We messaged the ig page and got refunded our tip. Same issue happened to our friend right after us. Not eating here again.
