The third party app they do reservations through doesn't let you cancel within 24 hours, and says I need to call the restaurant, but when I do it just redirect me to the website to cancel where it redirects to the third party site again. I can't cancel anywhere and they charge you anyway

Amazing food, atmosphere and wine menu. Our waiter, Venezuelan man who I forgot the name made our 1 year anniversary much more special. My new favorite restaurant in Austin TX.

The restaurant was quite crowded when we visited on a Friday evening. They seated our party of six right away at a round table. During dinner, the noise level got quite high and we had some difficulty hearing each other, but it quieted down after the dinner rush. We were there for 3 hours, enjoying our food and conversation and never felt rushed. Food was amazing! We loved the wild boar bruschetta and charcuterie board. Everyone was very happy with their meal. Servers were all very attentive and helpful. Great happy hour drinks. This is now one of our favorite restaurants and we will definitely go back.

Still a very cosy and delightful place, especially during happy hour. Try their pasta bites and Italian sangria.

This was our first visit to Siena and we couldn't be more pleased. Fabio took such good care of us and everything, from the appetizers through dessert, was divine. The atmosphere was perfect - felt like we were back in Italy!! This might be our new favorite restaurant - can't wait to go back.

I have lived in Austin all my life, and every single time I visit Siena it never ever disappoints. The food is impecibly prepared by one of the greatest Chef's in the Central Texas area....the wait staff, and all of the employees are amazing. From the hostess to the bartender to the waiters, to the kitchen...and the Chef....it is always a warm and cosey experience, especially if you have the opportunity to sit upstairs in the small cubbys. The food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Siena Italian Restaurant at 2222 and 360 to everyone.

Such disappointing Italian dishes! The ambiance and decor is beautiful, but the food was terrible. I make better sauce myself and the bruschetta was burned toast, no tomatoes or cheese, and heavy beef clumped beside it. We were not offered parmesan with any of our four dinners that would have benefitted greatly with some flavor. We will not return and the four of us agreed Olive Garden has much better food!!!

Absolutely in love with the decor. No questions there. Service was ok but when asking for a wine recommendation going straight to the second most expensive wine in the list was a bit much…

Food in all honesty was just so bad. Pasta had probably been left on the pass as it was clumped together and even the sauce couldn’t get it apart. Boar meat was really dry and a big disappointment.

But in general the pasta style is butchered and over Americanized without just offering simply delicious pasta in the style you’d find in…. Siena for example.

It was heartbreaking to our group who had planned this as the highlight dinner of our few days together and not one person liked the food. The host was massively embarrassed and I hope you can improve the food because the atmosphere was just so amazing.
