I've been a customer for years buying the cooking kits at the farmers market but was surprised how poor the quality has gotten. I understand prices are going up but the last cooking kit we received (yellow curry) had moldy produce. I just bought the kit two days ago.

Bought the Pad See You at the Barton Creek Farmers market yesterday and we made it today, it was an absolute hit. So delicious, talking better than I’ve had at 99% of restaurants. We will definitely be back for more!

Made Kao Soi tonight and it was so delicious! Tastes as good as any restaurant! I’ve never had luck making Thai food at home until now! I love this! I’ll be ordering regularly now. Sad it won’t be at the Dallas farmers market anymore!

Stumbled upon this masterpiece at the Pearl Farmers market in San Antonio. We had the Thom Kha kit and it was AMAZING! The ingredients were fresh and instructions were very easy to follow! I’m excited to try all the kits and enjoy such great food! So ready for the next weekend at the Farmers Market to purchase more!!!!

I picked this up at a Farmers market. I honestly was not expecting a lot from it. But I am now excited to try other meals! This was 10 out of 10. I had the Pad Kee Mao. It was so easy to prep. I used chicken in mine. It was bursting with flavor. (From such a small spice packet). Instructions were easy to follow. Prep time for me was about 35 minutes, and I'm slow in the kitchen. Looking forward to my next meal!!
I stumbled upon SimpliThai at the Barton Creek farmers market this weekend. I grabbed a Red Curry kit to try and I am amazed. I love cooking curries but no longer have time to make it from scratch but these sauces are absolutely awesome! About to order sauces straight from the website so I can have more options throughout the week. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!

I was gifted the kao soi kit from SimpliThai and I am only barely exaggerating when I say it has changed my life. Thai food is my ultimate fave but somehow kao soi eluded my radar all these years! It is DELISH and so easy to make with their kit. The lemon noodles were unexpected but worked so well with the dish. I used tofu as the protein and also stir fried up some veg to enjoy with the broth and noodles. I have not stopped talking about these kits since I made this a week ago! Absolutely in love.

We picked up a Pad Thai kit from the SFC Farmers Market in the Kohl’s parking lot today, and omg I cannot recommend it enough! IT WAS DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to try every one of their kits, and I’m looking forward to making it one of our weekly staples! The two ladies selling them made us laugh and got us excited to try them, enough that we cooked it as soon as we got home

Very impressed with the quality and taste of the food! I was a tad intimidated having to actually cook the meal, but it’s a non-issue. With the well written instructions (and videos) and everything in the bag, it was too easy. Just add your protein (if desired). I’ll definitely explore other items on their menu — SimpliThai will be on my regular rotation!
