Ordered drinks, an appetizer (wontons) and two entrees.
Food was not great. Wontons were burnt, entrees were tasteless and seemed thrown together.
We were here for 2.5 HOURS.
It took too long to get anything brought to our table including our bill. (I think we were forgotten several times)
Money wasted. Will not be back.

This place used to be pretty good but has recently fallen off. Ordered edamame and it has cold. Sent it back and it was microwaved. And then there was the human hair.
Not worth sharing the rest but it was a similar experience. Will definitely not be coming back.

Oct, 17 2024 time was around 8:30 PM I ordered spring roll with pork 2 ordered and pho combination large, which is 4 spring rolls, and when the server served it to me, I took a bite of that, and I know right away that the spring roll is old the rice paper are hard the was just not fresh I continued eating I eat like 3 of them because I was hungry even though it was not good then on my 3rd one I started to feeling sick to my stomach so I get up to the bathroom and throw up the food that I just eat then I came out i told them I threw up because of your food that I just eat they seem to not care after i told them that what if get food poisoning from ya'll restaurants then you would care about my health so I ask to leave and they forcing me to pay for that horrible food if you are thinking of eating here I don't recommend.

This place has great food. If the vegetarian soup options weren't made with chicken broth but with a vege stock it would be perfect. Hopefully this is something they can do in the future.

I ate here once a month for lunch for about 18 months. It's a great place to meet someone for lunch. They have booths and a quiet, clean atmosphere. The waiters are friendly and attentive. The have a decent selection and really good food. It's very fresh tasting and not super greasy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for Pho or an asian food option.

My family and I went here after a band competition. We ordered orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, pad thai, spicy chicken vermicelli bowl, and the pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. The sesame chicken, orange chicken, and General Tso's chicken had nice size pieces of tender white chicken. These dishes came with white rice, but my husband got the fried rice with his. All orders were good portion sizes. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We received our food fairly quickly. I would like to go back and try the Pho next time.

The food was the best I’ve had in Dripping Springs. The Thai stir fry and eggplant soy was the best! Amazing service. Such friendly staff and great atmosphere

This place is great. My daughter and I are regulars here after her music class ends. Mai and crew are attentive and helpful and always pleasant when we come in. We love the Pad See Ew, even my three and a half year old went nuts on the chicken in it. The spring rolls are excellent and they have a great range of vermicelli dishes and rice dishes. Can't leave the Pho out of this review either. Hot, spicy, delicious! Especially on chilly days, this really hits the spot.

Simply Pho in Dripping Springs offers an okay atmosphere but unfortunately falls short in several areas. The service was drastically lacking, with staff showing little attention to detail and no anticipation of our needs. They rarely came to our table, making the dining experience less enjoyable.

The food was on par with any average pho restaurant—nothing spectacular, just basic. While the pho itself was decent, it didn't stand out in any way. Overall, it's a place that could benefit from improving both their service and food quality to elevate the dining experience.

If you're in the area and craving pho, Simply Pho might suffice, but don't expect anything beyond the ordinary.
