Great food and environment. Definitely recommend the pad Thai and spicy chicken wings … They also have great flavors of boba tea!

Used to come here a lot and really loved it! Their food tastes great and their boba tea/jelly tea is great as well; but they keep raising their prices. In less than 3 months they raised their prices twice, one by ¢25 and again by another ¢25. I know ¢50 isn't a ton but what'll stop them from keeping on raising it more and more? Especially in a economy where everything is getting more expensive and pay isn't increasing.

Red curry chicken, which I've had multiple times, was incredibly bland. Usually has a nice spice to it which I enjoy. This is the second time this has happened. First time I sent email feedback and received no response.

Not as great as their Bee Cave location, but the Pho is still excellent. Their other dishes are on the average great side of things but more westernized Asian style.

Heard they use chicken broth in all their vegetarian dishes, very disappointed about their lack of transparency, will not be coming back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Walked in around lunch time and got seated right away. After that, we didn’t get greeted by a server for several minutes. After flagging down kitchen staff, we asked for them to let a server know that we’re ready to order. After couple more minutes, we still weren’t approached by any team member.
It seems as if there’s lack of care or urgency for customers. A quick hello and we’ll be right with you would’ve made the experience better. It truly seemed like we were unacknowledged.
Definitely last on my list for pho restaurants as far as service goes.
They lost two customers today. I hope the owner will take note of this experience.
Best Phơ in the area!
We used to love Simply Pho House for their tasty side items, especially the fried rice. Now, in a baffling move, they’ve decided you can’t order any sides unless you also buy a full entrée. What kind of logic is that? Not everyone wants a huge meal — sometimes a side is all you need. This isn’t hospitality, it’s a hard sell disguised as policy.
It feels less like a restaurant decision and more like a cash grab that punishes regulars. We used to stop by often for quick bites — now we’re being told we don’t spend enough to be served. That’s not just shortsighted; it’s insulting.
Sides are supposed to be flexible. Maybe I just want fried rice. Maybe I want egg rolls and a drink. That used to be normal. Now it’s a rigid, bureaucratic “sorry, we don’t allow that” — as if customers need permission to order from a menu they’re paying for.
This isn’t about operations or inventory. It’s about control. And it sends one clear message: they don’t value your business unless it meets their definition of “worth it.”
We’ve moved on to restaurants that still understand how service works — places that let you order what you want, not what they feel like letting you have.
Been coming here for 2yrs. Probably eaten here at least 60 times during that time.
The quality + service has been getting worse the past year and thus, have not been back in a while. Mgmt needs to get their act together and improve food freshness/quality.
Service and the atmosphere is nice, but my not the food to overpriced. I got the sweet and sour, and my chicken was so dry, and the sauce didn't taste fresh. The pho was good
