❌ They use instant pho noodles (instead of frozen or fresh pho noodles). We could tell from the taste and texture of the noodles.
❌ They use single-use plastic (like cups), which is obviously worse for the environment.
❌ The meat in Wagyu pho didn’t taste like the real Wagyu...

Delicious food! We loved the grilled shrimp salad and crab rangoons. The vermicelli was great too. It’s a lovely interior. The place was really busy on Sunday at 1pm ish. There was a long line but they kept it moving. The food came out really fast.

It used to be a good place to go eat bun bo hue. They used to have good portion of meat. Now, the portion of meat is reduced and the price went up. It so disappointing. I guess I will find another place to eat bun bo hue.
