i have been several times now. the positives are that the girls are always very friendly and prompt with service. the ice is shaved extreme fine and is a great texture. the syrups are high quality and tasty. however, i have to take stars off because each time i go i am left with a dry chunk of ice at the bottom. i understand that this is to avoid a soggy snowcone, but i would expect that for 8$ my snowcone is saturated through. i know in other reviews youve suggested coming back...
This snowcone shop is the best snowcone I’ve had in Austin! They have a great selection of flavors and the ice is so smooth and delicious. This will be our new go to snowcone shop in Austin for years to come!
I hadn’t had a snow cone in probably 20 years, and this place rocked so much I went back a couple weeks later. I really like the cola flavor, especially with cherry added! The ice they use is way better than what I remember as a kid too. The flavor didn’t just sink to the bottom.
