Needs a clean. The QR code cards are really dirty. QR code ordering is a pore experience and when you order appetizers they come out with your main course. Foods only ok quality. The service is almost nonexistent. Airport food beats this. Good job it’s on the lake, that’s cool. Ps: used to eat here in the past and food was better as was the value and service.

over priced mid food in my opinion. Definitely paying extra for the atmosphere and not the quality. I wouldn’t recommend grabbing food but cool place to grab a drink. Took awhile before anyone took our order.

Food is just okay. Vibes are fantastic. I would eat a meal somewhere else and come here for drinks and maybe a snack.

It is so unfortunate that this restaurant is located in such a beautiful area because the profiling and lack of customer service at this location is through the roof.

We stopped by Ski Shores with high hopes for a relaxing meal by the water, but unfortunately it was a letdown. The food was just okay at best — definitely not worth the high prices. Service was almost nonexistent; the only interaction we had was when someone brought our water and dropped off our food. After that, servers just stood around and never once came to check on us or see if we needed anything. For the location and atmosphere, it could have been a great experience, but the lack of attention and overpriced, mediocre food really missed the mark.

Great view of the lake, sat right at the water. Ordered via online app so there’s no personal service. Cost for each menu item is almost double that if any restaurant. Children’s chicken tenders are listed at $8 on the menu but cost $12. Burger and fries were $28. Margarita in a plastic sippy cup was $15. Spent almost $100 for a burger split by 2 adults, 2 children’s meals and one margarita. If you want to sit by the lake and have a meal, be prepared for the ultra high cost and no personal cost.

I used to live in TX, and have been here several times, but now you order through QR code- I think it's soo impersonal. They ask you to tip and rate the app BEFORE you can even send your food order to the kitchen. Im speaking from experience in the industry. We've had memorable servers from past trips that we talk about. We won't need humans for anything anymore 🫤

This place takes me back to old Austin. Since the Pier isn’t around anymore, this place fills the void to sit next to Lake Austin. It was Nirvana! The staff is so friendly and we felt like we could chat with them. Love the friendly vibes. Can pull up by boat too.
