Food is seriously lacking. Everything is fried, and nothing strikes you as fresh, except maybe salads. The drinks are decent. It's one of those places where you scan a QR code and order from your phone, so "service" isn't really a thing. You're forced to tip and cannot choose a custom amount, only predefined buttons. It's right on the water, so the atmosphere is nice.
The servers are SUPER homophobic and racist. The out in the open refusal to help if give waters / actual service was VERY clear.

45 minutes wait on a Sunday afternoon but u can order drinks from the bar. Love the vibe with music, you can bring your fur baby. And the lobster roll topped it all. For drinks we had the banana cocktail and the bikini drink. Chill crowd. Love it!

We waited over 10 minutes after being seated to get our menus which were just QR codes for ordering. I personally hate QR codes for ordering anyway but at this restaurant it was especially annoying because I didn't take my phone out on the boat so I had to order off of my friend's phone. We weren't given an option to order on a regular menu when I asked our waiter. The third-party service used for ordering requires you to make an account and surrender your personal data including your phone number - just to order some tacos. Who doesn't love coming to a restaurant only to have to sign a "terms of service" contract? Our food arrived at our table very soggy and cold and our server wouldn't take it back. No one refilled our drinks a single time or came by to check in on us to get more sauce. I used to come here a lot pre-2020 because it used to be fantastic but this month's experience was extremely disappointing and I think my time and money is better spent elsewhere. I don't think I'll be coming back again.

I love ski shores. Ski shores is my favorite place to go while I am on the lake. It’s high quality food it’s cheery lake vibe and it’s split second service theirs nothing not to love. Especially the big fish next to it.

Was once a nice place to hang out and chill. Complete douchebag vibe now. If you want to hang out with Biff & Muffy living off their trust fund while listening to awful electronic garbage music; then you might like it. It was once a really nice joint with a classic old Austin vibe with good tunes, wait staff who knew your name, & good people. That’s gone.

Good food but we didn't get our hash browns and it was hard to track down a server, by the time they finally brought out the hash browns everyone at our table had finished eating we didn't even get an apology. The coffee here is extremely overpriced for drip coffee and there are no refills! It's a pity because the location is gorgeous but it's overpriced for the quality of service!
