This BBQ is absolutely scrumptious! The ribs were perfect and fell off the bone! Hubby had the brisket and. Couldn't stop talking about how good it was through the rest of our trip.

Guys, really 32.00 per pound on brisket.I asked for lean and got over a quarter pound of fat.I had to go back in just to get bbq sauce, I guess it doesn't come with 1.5 pounds of meat. I am glad I checked the bag.I guess you dont get bread here like all other bbq places when you buy brisket buy the pound.Only 2 tablespoons of onions and pickles for 1.5 #?The flavor is good, but every order has had issues.Service is just not there.My last time at Slab.They have had like 8 chances to step up.

I got so sick after eating here. None of it tasted great, so I only had a few bites, and I am still paying for it days later. The banana pudding tasted like it had been stored with jalapeños, which, combined with how horrible I feel, makes me think they have poor food handling practices.

Got the pulled pork sandwich (small). It had a good amount of meat. Service was prompt. Overall, the meat on its own wasn't bad, it was just really bland. You need the sauce to actually taste any flavor. Cole slaw was awful - they used some type of Russian dressing to smother the cabbage and add cayenne pepper - way too spicy for me. I don't think there is actually a smoker on site. They just have warmers to keep your order warm. Wouldn't return.

Slab BBQ is delicious! I got this catered for an event. Food was packaged nicely and everyone loved the O.G (brisket)and P.I.G (smoked pulled pork) which was tender and full of flavor these sandwiches you can't go wrong with!

I was excited to visit this location when coming out of town. I had the trio sliders the chicken wasn’t bad, but the pork and the beef were very under seasoned and dry. The buns were hard the mac & cheese was very overcooked. The noodles were mushy and the amount of smoke that was added, tasted as if it was burnt, I also ordered the banana pudding. The cookie was stale and dry, and left a terrible aftertaste. Overall wouldn’t recommend. The two stars are for the chicken

We've been wanting to try this place since it's close to home. If you love bowling alleys, lots of people aimlessly running around, and tons of noise, this will be fun for you. We liked the vibe, but it might be too chaotic for some..After lengthy review of the menu, we all decided what we wanted, and as we got to the window to order, we were told that all they had was sausage and ribs. We left.No review here of the food, just a suggestion to have a backup plan. The place doesn't look big enough to store much more than a Yeti full of food, so maybe they run out.We'll try again.

Great food & friendly staff. Everything sounded delicious on the menu, so I tried the trio sliders.Did not disappoint at all. Was fun to try 3 different smaller sized portioned sandwiches. Their sauces are really complementary & not your typical bbq sauce.Brisket was my favorite!I will be back! Maybe even bowl next time.
