This place has potential but unfortunately the food is cold, not fresh. If you do a sandwich maybe it's okay. But if you do single plated items, you're in for disappointment. It just taste reheated. The workers were very nice tho.

This place is delicious! I love coming here to share a giant plate of nachos. The portion sizes are huge, but so good. We can feed 2 adults with drinks for $30.
Today I knocked over a cup of bbq sauce and I didn't even have a chance to place a napkin on it when a guy came out of absolutely no where telling us very nicely to not worry and he cleaned it up. He then fixed the wobbly table and checked on us and others during our meal.

I come here rarely due to how expensive it is. $18 for one sandwiche. Came today and the El Jefe had a huge piece of fat in it. Like a quarter of the meat, or the equivalent of $4.50 worth. Going to give them one more shot. I hope this was just a one off, but it was massively disappointing since it is such a rare occurrence to go.

I actually love the north location, but was quite disappointed today. I now reside in far SE ATX and made a 30 minute drive because the south location does not provide the same items as north location. Upon entering the restaurant I went to the bar to find absolutely no one there to get my pick up order. There was a girl sitting on the very last bar stool looking down into her phone & never acknowledged me. So I walked to the order line where a man & woman were working. To the left was another young lady leaning against the wall staring at her phone. I spoke first & she asked my name grabbed my food & handed it to me. In my car I checked my order to make sure I did not get home without my complete order. The BBQ sauce, pickles & onions were not in the bag so I returned inside & poured my sauce and again after not being acknowledged asked for a side of pickles & onions. Everyone used to be so friendly but the lack of customer service today ruined it for me.

The food was terrible, we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 Mac n cheese and it was about $50 the Mac and cheese was terrible and dry. My rib sandwich was Way over sauced. The flavor of the meat was atrocious. The sauce was not helping. My wife's was dry she had the brisket. The staff seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted and they didn't want to be there. The atmosphere was really awkward. I mean I would have rathered just made a frozen pizza and save $50. This was NOT BBQ in the slightest. Tastes like they made everything in a cast iron and tried to make up for it with a superfluidity of sauce that became unpleasantly spicy-ish at the end. I only finished it because I paid for it. But I'll never submit my taste buds to this trash again.

The food does not come served hot. My Chopped brisket tastes like tuna from a can. I guess the Mac n cheese is ok, would probably be better if it was served hot. Staff is very bland and clearly does not like their job. Atmosphere was dead. Very expensive for crap food 💩

Excellent all around. Bbq is wonderful and Mac and cheese one of the best I’ve had. All of the sauces are very flavorful and good.
We are frequently ordering lunch for our staff. We do box lunches ( sandwiches) these are a hit. The sandwiches are full of flavor and then you can add the sauce of your choice. We have been using for company lunches ever since they started as a food truck. Thank you for great food!

I'm so sorry but the food was very bland 😫 My friend said that it used to be better but I'm not sure what's going on. Mac n cheese noodles were mushy, and pull pork sandwich was a little dry (and yes, even with added BBQ it still wasn't the best). I want to give them another try though.
