First time to try Slab bbq, and we were blown away! The brisket was wonderful, the ribs were outstanding, and the banana pudding was fantastic! There are not enough superlatives to express our appreciation of this dining experience!
Slab BBQ was the highlight of our experience in Austin! The service was incredible, the hospitality was unmatched. The el Jefe sandwich and McDowell sandwiches were incredible, and don’t even get me started on the banana pudding!!! We will recommend to everyone we know visiting Austin!
This place is delicious! I love coming here to share a giant plate of nachos. The portion sizes are huge, but so good. We can feed 2 adults with drinks for $30.
Today I knocked over a cup of bbq sauce and I didn't even have a chance to place a napkin on it when a guy came out of absolutely no where telling us very nicely to not worry and he cleaned it up. He then fixed the wobbly table and checked on us and others during our meal.
