Slackers Brewing Co.

Slackers Brewing Co is a really fun place in Austin. The coffee was great and the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. There is a lot to do while you are there. They have board games, books, TVs, and plenty of tables to sit and relax. I really appreciated the kids’ play area and the mother’s room. It shows the owners actually thought about families and made this a space for everyone. The souvenir section is a nice touch too and adds personality to the place. You can tell the owners care about the space and the people who come in. It feels like a community spot where you can hang out without feeling rushed. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

Got a Coconut flavored latte, hot and yummy. Nice laid back atmosphere. They were setting up for music it seemed right before we left. They also have some games there so nice spot for a get together.

Found this place by accident and saw the reviews on food were pretty good.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were right, yummy. Non-beer drinkers have choices besides water.

The facility itself isn't all that inviting, though. We started outside in the back but the flying bugs were too much so we went to the front entrance and sat outside, which was much better.

The seats are pretty much all picnic benches. The inside looks run down and restaurant stuff is all over the place by the kitchen/ bar area. Just cluttered which makes it not feel all that clean.

There is a play area for the kids, games, and looks like they may have music on occasion. Not sure I would go back, but it looks like it has a neighborhood following, which is always a plus.

Slackers is one of the friendliest local businesses I’ve ever been to! Staff is great and it is always a fun, laid-back atmosphere. They frequently host events and involve the community and are also super family-friendly. Great place to relax, unwind, and connect with others!

Great atmosphere and love how engaged they are in the community. Highly recommend it, their beer is fantastic. Must try the wicked tickle while you're in there. The coffee is tasty as well as their sandwiches.

Awesome Place. Derek, the owner is over the top. This place is really FAMILY OWNED & FAMILY FRIENDLY. Hand crafted brews with several amazing flavors. This place rocks. His wife Haley is in charge of the menu artwork and marketing. Love this Place. ❤️

We love craft breweries and this one serves coffees and food too. Very kid friendly vibe, even has a play area off to one side. Lots of live music, vinyl, and book events. Love the staff, love the owners. Good place with good people.
