Tried Razor’s Edge, Sheriff Bart, Emma G, Situation, and Beachcomber. Favorites were Beachcomber and Razor’s Edge. The other beers were ok.This place has a great kids corner. Makes coming here way more manageable with kids!

Slacker’s Brewing is one of my new favorites! I sampled about five beers throughout the evening and settled on two different ones, though I’ll be back to drink full glasses of the others. The live music was great. The owner, Derek, is such a nice dude. You can tell he cares. He also makes for great conversation! Can’t wait to come back and bring friends :)

You are going to have a hard time finding another place that has an indoor kid area, great beer, and genuinely great people. Slackers is hidden inside a shopping center, and if you didn't know it was there, you would probably drive right by. The owner is typically always there, sitting behind the bar, being as friendly as can be. The beer tastes great, and they even have a stage for music and a back outdoor patio. The indoor kid area could use an update (and a cleaning) but I'm in no place to complain as I sit here, enjoying my beer.

Got a growler of All Yalls Hazy IPA and the beer tasted watered down. They also charge $24 for a 64oz growler which is the most expensive Growler I have got in Austin.This used to be my go to joint to get a Growler filled but looks like its time to find another joint.

So much to love about this place! Tasty and creative beers, and a super friendly staff. They have live music, comedy, and all sorts of other fun events during the week. It's always great to see a talented homebrewer turn pro and open their own place! And if you have kiddos, they have a very well-stocked inside play area. Don't sleep on this one, bring your slacking tail to Slackers!?

Dang, this place is so freaking cool. They stay plugged in with the going ons of the area and bring in so many cool art classes. I've done 2 stained glass class here and it's been so much fun.The beer is also incredible! Derek puts a lot of love into each batch.

The Pilloncillo Pyramid – French Oak Aged Belgian Strong was amazing. Great kid friendly place for lunch on the weekend.

Very, very kind & friendly staff profusely apologized for not having decaf. Which, apparently, is something Slackers doesn’t ever have. So 5 stars for the staff. 0ne star for the no decaf. I’m 69 and can only handle one caffeinated drink a day, in the morning. But I really like coffee! So it has to be decaf in afternoon/evening. Alas.
