Good experience our first stop at Slice of Austin! Ambiance is lacking, it’s really a drive through, carry out place, and we wanted to eat on the spot! The description of the place would be better served to ID it as a drive through, carry out spot.
That said, there are a couple of picnic tables there, and we hung out after the rain stopped. Staff was great, friendly, helpful, good service at “the table” checked on us couple of times the makes sure we were good.
Super disappointed they were out of wings on our visit, we love our wings as a starter. The Caesar salad was good, mostly lettuce and shaved parm cheese… the dressing was great, the croutons were out of a box….
The pizza (supreme) was stellar, delicious… piping hot, plenty of toppings too! The crust was awesome NY/Italian-style, huge, flat chewy dough, thin and nice crust, a few burnt edges to make it real!
A good meal, great pizza … we like our pizza hot on the spot, not real carry out folks! But, that’s just us! Sign in the window says beer and wine coming soon! This is righteous pizza, pricey but worth the money. We’d go back… and, we will! Stay tuned!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to Slice of Austin left me underwhelmed.
When I arrived, the staff at the counter seemed disengaged. There was no greeting or warmth — just a quick “what do you want?” which set a less-than-friendly tone.
I ordered a pepperoni slice and a soda. The slice came out lukewarm, with the toppings sliding off, and the crust was oddly both soggy and burnt. The sauce lacked flavor, and the cheese was rubbery. The soda was served in a warm can without ice or a cup, which felt careless.
The atmosphere was loud, with music that made conversation difficult, and I noticed someone in the kitchen watching me for an extended time, which was a bit unsettling.
Given the price — nearly $23 for a pizza — I expected better quality. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Some of the best pizza I‘ve ever had!! The flavor was awesome, the thickness was perfect, and the slices were a good size. Pretty dangerous that this place is so close by. Thanks Slice of Austin!!!

The pizza here is cooked to perfection, no dougheiness, just perfect lightly browned crispy cruust! Cheese is a hugher grade than you normally find. So nice to just get a couple sluces and a cold coke for a super fair price too. Right next to JyiceLand. Staff is very welcoming and friendly (Johnny served me). Check ou the pizza oven, its a work of art. Place is ideal for pizza lovers!!

My family loves the pies at Slice of Austin! The dough and ingredients are always fresh, staff is great, and the pizza is awesome. Highly recommend Slice of Austin!
The food here is outstanding. Aa a native NYer, I'm a tough pizza reviewer. Their fresh marinara sauce is delicious, the tangy spice is mouth-watering. Hefty amount of real mozzarella. Pizza is crispy and doughy - perfect balance. The wife loves the garlic knots. SO glad they set up shop near me. It's our go-to.

Amazing Cesar salad and friendly staff! Pizza however was disappointing-There was very little chicken on the bbq chicken pizza. Both the pizzas we ordered were overly saucy and under cooked. We ended up eating mostly salad which was upsetting considering the price of our order.

I ordered from this place about three or four times already and every time the staff is super friendly. Don't expect your pizza to be out in 6 minutes like Pizza Hut or Domino's because this isn't fast food. These are carefully crafted pies and it shows in the presentation and the flavor. Give them the time they need to make your pizza and I promise you won't regret it.

Tried a slice of Supreme Pizza and I love it! The sausage was delicious, and the combination with red onion and black olives got my heart. Pizza dough made from scratch big hit! Definitely I will come back!
