there’s a young skinny girl that works here with dark hair, glasses and light skin who is super rude.
I came last week 30 min before they closed to order a peanut butter toast, she told me the toaster station was closed already.. so I left. that was already annoying
come back this week and i came in 50 min before close so that way I could get my food I walk in and it’s this same girl.. she doesn’t even greet me. I told her I want the peanut butter toast and she gives me this dumbfounded look.. like if it’s a hassle for me to order anything. So I pay and sit down..
This girl makes my smoothie, my food, and i hear her toss the food box on the counter aggressively and then she goes back to washing.
I don’t even realize it’s mine because she didn’t even tell me my order was ready.
I walk up to her and ask her why she didn’t even tell me my food and smoothie were ready and she gives me the same vapid look like she doesn’t know what i’m saying
I ask her for her name because I am going to talk to the manager about her and she refuses to give it to me.
How are you in the service industry and get mad when people want to order food 50 min before you close?

I came for Veterans Day to get a strawberry cream and it really tricks me out because it’s supposed to be Veterans Day so it’s only once a year and some places they give free stuff out and this just happened to be one of those places but why is it that every place I go to? They always make me feel like it’s a hassle to give me something that they’re giving away for free and they make me feel like I gotta jump through rings of fire to get it and that’s no exception everywhere I go the girl looked me and my dad a piece of Vietnam better and I’m an Iraq veteran and literally had us pull out our IDs, which I don’t mind, but it was the way she went about it and it just breaks my heart because it’s not even your stuff you’re giving away. You just work here so why make it so like be happy be cordial be nice to us. I mean it’s only one day out of the year and it ain’t coming out of your pocket, so don’t make me feel like a bum cause I’m coming to get something that your company is giving to honor the veterans. I will never come here again.

I am a recently new customer to Smoothie King. I was recommended by a friend to taste the angel food. It was amazing the initial time I had it. I’ve tried a few other items on the menu. They’re all great but my experience and interaction from different location and location is a drastic difference. This specific location was very rude. I was just asking simple questions about how the points rewards work, and this person continually repeated themselves the same phrase. I’m not too sure. I’m not too sure like seven times I will not be returning to the store with the customers have no idea about anything anytime you inquire about anything the answer is I’m not sure I don’t know completely unprofessional. I will not return to this specific Smoothie King maybe all of them altogether because it’s a continued experience across the board. I’ve only had a great experience in corporate locations and I am unsure if this is a corporate location, but the air is very stagnant and smells unclean as soon as you walk in, I regret even placing my mobile order at this location.
