Smoothie king is always so good but we came on sunday at 12pm and they were closed(?) the sign said open and the online hours said they were open but all the lights were off and the door was locked. Bummer

I love coming here on Fridays to take advantage of the dollar upgrade deal. Ben and the staff there are always so welcoming and I’ve never had a bad smoothie here. I bit the bullet and downloaded the app for my rewards. I love earning points and little special deals they upload for free on the app. 5 stars all the way

I gave smoothie 5 stars I go to different the Smoothie Kings around Austin bc I love the metabolism boost protein shakes. today I went to the West Williams Cannon location and I saw my original crew from South Park Meadows location that makes my smoothies right. I miss Skylar and Ava being at the South Park Meadows location. I come to Smoothie King on average 4 times a week and the original crew (Skyler and Ava ) treated me like family.

First time going to this location in months, if not, years. It’s 8am on a Friday, no holiday, their doors and Google page show they open at 7am, and it is closed with no one to be seen, except continuous customers trying to come up to grab their online orders.

Love the menu, the prices, and the speed.However, for the 3rd time in maybe 2 months my Uber eats driver only delivered a smoothie and not the two açaí bowls that were also on the order. This does not happen with other restaurants and it’s now a regular occurrence here. Please find a better method for ensuring orders are delivered with all items.

I forgot to get a receipt when I was there the other day and I need it for work. I've tried to call several times but can't get anyone to answer. How can I get in touch with someone to see about getting my receipt sent to me?
I come here when I get done working out each day. Making high quality shakes at home is exhausting when keeping up with all the ingredients I enjoy. It’s so much more efficient for my time to just whip in for a quick, high protein shake.I also left my wallet at this location yesterday that had several hundred dollars in cash inside. The manager Ben held onto it for me and nothing was tampered with. I believe this business staffs high quality people when they do their hiring. Thanks guys.

This poor place! Get them some help! The kids there are sweet but most of the time it's one guy working and he is swamped. He's hustling but the wait is tough. Please hire more people for this location.

Believe the reviews. I'm so tired of this location. I live 20 minutes away and on MULTIPLE occasions, I've arrived to the store about 20 minutes before closing and they already locked the doors and shut down the store!! THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. The worker (a young man) was inside and just shook his head, like "No we're closed." Obviously because the door was locked. And to make matters worse, I sat in my car furious because I wasted 40 minutes(there and back) of time and gas, while watching several other customers walk up to the door, pull on it, and get turned away. RIDICULOUS!As far as the rude young lady that works here, I've had my encounter...assuming we're talking about the same one. Only thing is she wasn't rude to me but I watched her be rude to another customer. The customer was actually paying one of the workers a compliment by saying that his shake was "actually good this time" and the female employee responded by saying in a very snarky manner, "Well, if you don't like the shake, why do you keep getting it?" The customer actually entertained her by trying to explain himself...overall they need to probably clean house or send in someone from corporate to observe because this location is TRASH.

This is by FAR the BEST Smoothie King location in ALL of the Austin area!!! The managers there have made a point to train their employees well. I come in 3-4 times a week and the staff not only has respect, but they have a great attitude and charm! They run a tight ship there with a clean, fun, and welcoming environment which definitely keeps me coming back for more of the bowls and smoothies I love so much. This location deserves more than 5 stars for sure! Please keep up the great work management, I appreciate the vibes here from all the staff!!!
